( يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا آمِنُوا )

 Dawah around the World: Oh You who have Believed, Believe {4:136}

Assalamualaikum WRWB,

Welcome to today’s episode of Dawah around the World – Oh You who have believed, believe.

Our beloved prophet Muhammad SAW said:

إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ الرَّجُلَ يَتَعَاهَدُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَاشْهَدُوا لَهُ بِالْإِيمَانِ

“When you see a man frequenting the Masjid, then testify to his faith." (Ahmad)

Based on this beautiful hadith, Hizb ut Tahrir in Sudan gave a warm call to the regular attendees – who understand the immense reward and honour of visiting the house of Allah – to remind them also of the command to rule by his Shariah. Just as they have responded to the call to establish Salah, it is also incumbent to respond to his command of establishing his laws and systems on this Earth. This Hizb distributed leaflets and held discussions with the brothers after inviting them to participate in the Ummah’s Affairs Forum, entitled The Youth Revolution against Injustice...Which direction is it heading?

As attendees of the masjid, Allah SWT has testified to our Iman. SubhanAllah. As His servants, it is then vital for us to have a clear position on the basis of Islam for all our actions and speech, not any other basis.

Allah SWT says:

(يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡۤا اٰمِنُوۡا بِاللّٰهِ وَرَسُوۡلِهٖ وَالۡكِتٰبِ الَّذِىۡ نَزَّلَ عَلٰى رَسُوۡلِهٖ وَالۡكِتٰبِ الَّذِىۡۤ اَنۡزَلَ مِنۡ قَبۡلُ)

“Oh you who have believed, believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Book that He sent down upon His Messenger and the Scripture which He sent down before.”
Surah An-Nisa, verse 136

Allah SWT has made it clear that the Quran is our criterion and guidance. We believe in Him, His Rasool AlayhiSalam and every word in our noble book. Allah says in Surah Al-Anam verse 57:

(إِنِ الْحُكْمُ إِلاَّ لِلّهِ)

“The rule is for none but Allah”

Therefore, Islam makes the Islamic texts the supreme reference. Unlike secularism, mankind plays no role in legislating. In fact, mankind – Muslim or not - has no say in anything, whatsoever - linked to governing and ruling where Allah and his messenger have made clear what is required! Islamic governance does not proceed upon the same route as Western legislation, where safeguarding individual freedoms is considered the basis of legislation!! So, to act in a way contradicting to Allah and his words is totally unacceptable!

Alhamdulillah for Islam, which has shown us right from wrong and the good and bad. Our deen is complete and perfect! SubhanAllah! Allah SWT says:

(قُلۡ اِنَّ صَلَاتِىۡ وَنُسُكِىۡ وَ مَحۡيَاىَ وَمَمَاتِىۡ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَۙ)

“Indeed, my prayer, my rites of sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, Lord of the worlds” Surah Al-Anam, verse 162.

Alhamdulillah, the youth of Sudan sense the injustice around them. However, the direction to solve these problems needs to be given to them - now more than ever – going back to our source, back to our Aqeedah! The method to create REAL change was revealed to us in our criterion and guidance and NEEDS to be uncovered to the Ummah.

The solution is the return of the Islamic Khilafah system- The real change that lifts injustice and restores the compass of life to satisfy the Lord of the Worlds. It will achieve the safe and reassuring life for all people when implementing the Islamic law under the rule of the Khilafah state. Bi’itnillah.

It"s where:

-Humans will be viewed and treated as sanctified beings – whose honour, blood and soul are valued.

- All the injustices and burdens which cause poverty and unemployment will be forbidden.

-Everyone will be accountable in their roles and duties,

– all will be dealt with in a fair and just manner.

- The basic needs of food, clothing and housing for each member of the state will be met. Also, there will be security, medicine and education, free of charge to all citizens.

This is the Khilafah! This is Allah SWT’s system! This is what will take care of the affairs of the people according to the rules of Islam, and will achieve justice and tranquillity where the Ummah will return as the best Ummah brought out to mankind!!!

We are an honoured nation whose standards are the words of Allah – how then can we ever settle for anything less? Hizb ut Tahrir asks for all the Muslims to be at the forefront for real change, to remove all our sins, and hope in a good life, full of obedience, pride and carrying good to the worlds. This is ONLY achieved by breaking away from the oppressive rule, and entering the rule of Islam; the Khilafah Rashida – The promise of our Lord!
