Assalaam u alaykum Welcome to News Right Now, Two Weeks, Too Long.

In a recent rally in Mississippi, US President Donald Trump spoke about Saudi King, Salman:

Both King Salman and his son Muhammad bin Salman have taken numerous steps to please their American master.

From opening up the entertainment industry, to sacking political opponents with wavering loyalties, to implementing the US plan in Yemen, to a 400 billion dollar arms deal, the Saudi monarchy has rooted itself firmly in the American camp.

Now, in a midterm election year and with crude oil prices at a 4-year high, the US is putting pressure on its loyal agent, reminding it of its subservient role and demanding that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia increase its oil output.

And what is the reward for this subservience? Reprimands and subtle threats of reprisal if they step out of line.

The Muslim rulers flex their muscle against their own populations, threatening, imprisoning, torturing, and killing dissidents, especially the sincere, aware ones that take them to task for their crimes against Islam and the Ummah.

While they project strength to their populations, they can't run from the reality of their condition, servitude and indebtedness to the Western masters who uphold them.

Were it not for the political, economic, and military support they receive, they would all be deposed.

The list goes on and on, but the one thing they have in common is their allegiance to the West and disdain for Islam and the Ummah.

Trump's statement showed the true position of the Muslim rulers in relation to the US; even the quote unquote "kings" amongst them have no real power or authority.

Only by returning to the hukm Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw) can the Ummah rid itself of these puppet regimes who have become the laughing stock of the world.

And only by appointing a sincere, Khalifah will the Ummah's affairs be truly taken care of.
