In the context of the campaign Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Tunisia organized entitled, "The State Allah (swt) made Obligatory upon all Muslims" in which the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir organized before  Abu Libaba al-Ansari Mosque after Friday prayer in Gabes. Brother Tarek Rafie gave the talk.
