On 17/01/2011 the formation of a government was announced in Tunisia under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister, the old and new, Mohamed Ghannouchi, who was a supporter and the right-hand man of the now fugitive tyrant Ben Ali.
As oil rich South Sudan gears up for independence, there are increasing signs that the West, especially America is spearheading efforts to either dismember some Muslim countries or subtly instigate regime change in others. The incessant Western media evangelism about the promotion of freedom and democracy in the Muslim world masquerades the real motives of America which is more interested in grooming governing elites that are more pliant to US interests and subservient to her hegemony.
The succession of South Sudan under America's tutelage has encouraged Christians in Nigeria and Egypt independent Coptic state based on the model of the Vatican. The aspirations of the current Coptic leaders lucidly captured by a Jewish Journalist Oded Yinon in 1982. In his paper entitled "A strategy for Israel in the nineteen-eighties" he sates ‘Egypt is divided and torn apart into many foci of authority. If Egypt falls apart, countries like Libya, Sudan or even the more distant states will not continue to exist in their present form and will join the downfall and dissolution of Egypt. The vision of a Christian Coptic State in Upper Egypt alongside a number of weak states with very localized power and without a centralized government as to date, is the key to a historical development which was only set back by the peace agreement but which seems inevitable in the long run.'
The idea of creating a sacred Coptic state within the contours of Egypt is similar to the one advocated by US Lieutenant-Colonel Ralph Peters concerning Mecca and Medina. In June 2006 Peters published a map of the ‘New Middle East' in the June edition of the US Armed Forces Journal. The journal depicted amongst other mutilated Muslim countries the ‘Islamic Sacred State' which consists of Mecca and Medina segregated from the rest of Saudi Arabia.
Earlier, various US officials have played upon sectarian and ethnic differences, and called for the creation of a super Shia State that stretches from Lebanon to Pakistan. The idea behind such a creation is to shift the control of oil away from Sunni domination into Shia hands, whom the Americans regard much more trustworthy to manage their colonial interests. Indeed, the American occupation in Iraq is viewed by some Middle Eastern leaders, as the first step towards Shia domination of the whole region. In an article entitled' Iraq, Jordan See Threat To Election From Iran' published by the Washington Post on November 8 2004, King Abdullah warned that ‘if pro-Iran parties or politicians dominate the new Iraqi government a new "crescent" of dominant Shiite movements or governments stretching from Iran into Iraq, Syria and Lebanon could emerge, alter the traditional balance of power between the two main Islamic sects and pose new challenges to U.S. interests and allies. He further went to state that Iran was the main beneficiary from the chaos in Iraq. ‘Ever since the Shias rose to power in Iraq, King Abdullah has oft repeated that America's occupation of Iraq is bolstering Shia power across the region.
The dismissal of Zine El Abidine Ben Ali was not a random event. Rather it was a synthesis of rampant corruption incubated by 23 years of Western patronage and fused with dire economic conditions made worse by the global financial crisis and blood sucking IMF structural programmes. America is eagerly awaiting similar turmoil to manifest itself in Algeria, Libya, Jordan and the Gulf countries, so that she can engineer regimes that pledge greater loyalty to her hegemony at the expense of old European powers and continue with oppression of the Muslim masses.
The Jewish state and her Western backers have resurrected out dated plans- once deemed too ambitious to accomplish-to publicly espouse views on how best to devour the Muslim world. No wonder then, the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could not hide her glee and used the events in Tunisia to fire a salvo at the pro-European Arab leaders. She said, "In too many places, in too many ways, the regions foundations are sinking into the sand. The new and dynamic Middle East ... needs firmer ground if it is to take root and grow everywhere. While some countries have made great strides in governance, in many others, people have grown tired of corrupt institutions and a stagnant political order. Those who cling to the status quo may be able to hold back the full impact of their countries' problems for a little while, but not forever. If leaders don't offer a positive vision and give young people meaningful ways to contribute, others will fill the vacuum."
Term employed by successive American administrations to describe the plight of the Muslim world such as ‘sinking in the sand', ‘arc of crisis', ‘balkanization', or 'Greater Middle Eastern Initiative' fail to conceal their gloating and salivating over the riches of the Muslim world . Furthermore, it is quite apparent that the West despite its glaring divisions possesses a single purpose when conducting relations with the Muslim world- divide, rule and conquer is the beckoning call reverberating in Western capitals.
The destruction of the Muslim ummah, the plunder of her resources and her subjugation to the systems of kufr is their ultimate goal. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said," Nations will attack you like a group of people eating from a plate. The sahabah said: "Is that because we will be few in numbers?" He said: "No, you will be numerous but you will be like the foam of the sea, and Allah will take away from the hearts of your enemies the fear from you and Allah will cast in your hearts "wahan"" They said: "What is "wahan" O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "The love of this world and the hatred of death" (Related by Abu Dawud).
The only salvation for the Muslim word is to re-establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" state, strengthen the political unity of the Muslim ummah behind the Khilafah "Caliphate" by giving him the oath of allegiance. The messenger of Allah said," The Imam is a shield behind whom the people fight and are protected." The Khilafah "Caliphate" will then expel the crusading Kafirs from Muslim lands and strategically retire America and Europe from world politics and return Islam to occupy its rightful place.
"هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ"
"It is He who hath sent His Messenger with Guidance and Religion of Truth to proclaim it over all religion, even though the pagans may detest (it)."[TMQ 9:33]

In January 2009, the government of Sheikh Hasina came to power as a result of a compromise between imperialist disbelieving-polytheist states, US-Britain-India. After the elections in December 2009, the US State Department issued this statement, "the people of Bangladesh should be proud of this result." And the Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh said, "India looks forward to working with the government and the people of Bangladesh in the years ahead for the mutual benefit of the people of the two countries and hoped the new dispensation will address New Delhi's concerns over terrorism emanating from that country." The British Prime Minister at that time, Gordon Brown said, "The UK values its close ties with Bangladesh and we look forward to working with your government."
Since taking power Sheikh Hasina and her government adopted and implemented a package policy of total subservience to the US-Britian-India axis of evil. Furthermore the government launched a crusade to eradicate the presence of Islam in the country's politics, education and culture.
Hizb ut-Tahrir will campaign this month (January, 2011) exposing the government's treacherous policies against the country and crusade against Islam for the past two years. As part of this campaign the party published a dossier today entitled, ‘Two Years of Sheikh Hasina Government: Policies to serve US-Britian-India and Crusade against Islam.' The party will organize further activities in major cities of the country from 14th - 30th January, 2011, mobilizing public opinion against government policies, and urging the people, ulama, politicians, intellectuals and the people of power to remove the Hasina government and establish the Khilafah "Caliphate".

While reviewing the events of last year the media and through its programs on 12.31.2010 and 01.01.2011, focused on the incident of the lashing of the Sudanese woman that took place at the end of last year ...

A video posted on the internet lately of two policemen in Sudan lashing a woman in public while laughing understandably caused domestic and international outrage. She was initially lashed on her back then her head, front, hands, and legs , unlike the provisions of Islam in how to establish AL-HUDOOD to avoid the head and face and this can be done only after having the Islamic judicial law. In addition, the State that has established the" Hadd" not only doesn't rule with Islam in all it's internal and external affairs , but also Colludes with the U.S. in the crime of dividing off South Sudan.
Anti-Islam opportunists have once again jumped upon this incident to accuse Islam of oppressing women, although Islam is the only system that gives the woman her full rights, and preserves her security and dignity, and exercises justice in the judiciary which isn't approached within any other system.
The lie of Omar Bashir implementing the Shariah laws has become blatantly clear for many Muslims to see, but anti-Islam opportunists have unscrupulously exploited this incident to regurgitate the age-old allegation of women's oppression under Islamic rule, at a time in which every fair one is aware of the justice of Islam, integrity and security for both men and women.
Furthermore, at a time when the US is working to divide the country, this video comes as a perfect distraction of the great crime of the Bashir government in colluding with the Americans to partition the land and allowing this foreign power to wreak havoc in Sudan. It also functions as an apt propaganda tool for those wishing to influence the outcome of January's referendum in the direction of splitting the nation and to incite fear and opposition towards the establishment of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" in the region.
For those who genuinely wish to understand the status of women under Islamic rule, in contrast to those who have more sinister political motives for espousing women's rights should take a look at the elevated position of women under the Khilafah "Caliphate".
- This is a state that will implement the full rights of citizenship for women in education, economics, politics and the legal sphere such as ensuring due process and fair open trials as prescribed by Islam.
- A state that will take with deadly seriousness any allegations of abuse or rape.
- A system that has a sincere concern for women's dignity, prohibiting her objectification and secularization unlike liberal governments that cry women's rights with one hand while allowing their exploitation in pornography and prostitution on the other.
- A state that has a true appreciation of the responsibility of guarding the welfare of women in contrast to Western democratic governments who accuse Islam of subjugating women while simultaneously embracing dictatorial regimes in the Muslim world who arrest, imprison, torture, and defile Muslim women for simply opposing the corruption of their rulers.
Is it any wonder then that women across the Muslim world are increasingly turning their hopes towards the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate"? - A state that will turn talk of women's rights from rhetoric to reality and herald a welcome end to Western pliant regimes such as Bashir's that have stripped away their rights and deprived them of security and justice for so long.

Unfortunately, we as Muslims live during a time where there is no Islamic State to stop the Munkar we see on a daily basis. It is an obligation on Muslims that we try to stop the different Munkars we see. It is one of the biggest challenges a Muslim has to endure to stop a Munkar when there is no support from the Islamic State. We have been brought back to time when the kuffar in Mecca used to order the Muslims to stop carrying the da'wah and not to worship publicly. As the ayah stated;
وَلْتَكُن مِّنكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنكَرِ وَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ (104)ال عمران
"Let their arise out of you a group of people inviting to all that is good (Islam), commanding al'Ma'ruf (good) and forbidding al'Munkar (evil)" (Al-Imran :104).
One type of Munkar that we see is the new trend of hijab. Hijab is not a fashion statement and never was meant to be. It is an act of obedient that has been clearly defined in the Quran and Sunnah. There is no debate on what is allowed and what is prohibited. Allah (swt) has clearly defined the meaning and as time goes on it should not meet the new trends of society. Unfortunately, we now see the hair bangs showing from the veil, the earlobes showing their earrings, tight fitting clothes, sandals displaying their feet. The neck is shown because the veil is tied at the side or from the back, the huge barrettes to make a hump like style under the veil. These are all types of tabarruj (revealing the beauty), which Islam has prohibited. We see women in public wearing tight fitting clothes even though the awrah is covered, that is under the category of Tabarruj. A hadith of the Prophet (pbuh) stated that, "Two categories of people; have not seen them (yet): some people who hold whips like the tails of the cow by which they lash people. And women who wear (clothes) but (are) half -naked, bending (their bodies) and bending the sight of men to them. Their heads are like the tilted humps of the camels. These women will not enter the paradise nor will they experience its smell (odor), though its odor is felt at a distance of so and so."
It is disturbing to find hijab fashion magazines and websites to teach fashionable hijab styles. It gives Muslim women the Western style format of how to match the veil with the shirt, pants, and purse. One magazine steered clear of the idea of the jilbab and only introduced Western clothing to go out with. This is intentionally done to steer the Muslim sisters away from what Allah swt revealed. This has weaved doubt among Muslims with their religion. Hijab should not merit discussions on what is allowed or prohibited. Allah has defined his laws about hijab.
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاء الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا (59)الحزاب
"Oh Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (Jalabeeb) all over their bodies." (Al-Ahzab: 59) Did the Muslims forget when Umm Atiyya (ra) asked the Prophet (pbuh), "Oh Messenger of Allah, what about one who does not have a jilbab?" The Prophet replied, "Let her use the Jilbab of her sister." This clearly states that if her excuse is that she does not own a jilbab, she is to borrow one from her neighbor.
The West is trying to redefine the meaning of hijab in order for Muslim women to break ties with Islam. Discussions about hijab were generated by the colonialists to corrupt the Islamic Aqeedah. The West realized that Muslim women all over the world implemented the standards of hijab. The West gradually started to place ideas of fashionable hijab. The West makes the women feel that the idea of hijab is an oppressive and constraining form of dress. They are using so-called scholars to give another meaning to the jilbab and distort what certain ayat mean. The West purposely is encouraging scholars to change the meanings of hijab to steer Muslims away from Islam. It is clearly stated in several ayat what happens when proofs from Allah (swt) have been revealed. One being,
وَلاَ تَكُونُواْ كَالَّذِينَ تَفَرَّقُواْ وَاخْتَلَفُواْ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَأُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ (105)ال عمران
"And be not as those who divided and differed among themselves after the clear proofs had come to them. It is they for whom there is an awful torment." ( Al-Imran: 105)
The West mocks the Muslim woman for wearing hijab and tries to disgrace her. The West has succeeded in passing laws banning the hijab. Tunis and Turkey restricts the wearing of the headscarves in government buildings and public schools, and discourages women from wearing the hijab on public grounds. France has banned the wearing of any religious symbols, including the hijab in public schools and government buildings. On June 22, 2009; the President of France, Nicolas Sarkozy, said that "burqas are not welcome in France," commenting that "In our country, we cannot accept that women be prisoners behind a screen, cut off from all social life, deprived of all identity." Belgium passed a law that banned face-covering clothing in public as seen when a Moroccan immigrant was fined due to wearing of the burqa. Some states in Germany have also banned the hijab in public schools. This clearly shows that the West is threatened by the hijab and Muslims in general.
Why are some Muslims then trying to fit in with a regime that is trying to destroy Islam in all aspects? We need to stand together as one Ummah fighting this Munkar we see on a daily basis. We as Muslims should not try to fit into a regime that is man-made but a regime that was sent down by Allah (swt). We need to forbid this Munkar we are seeing and be strong in fighting for the cause of Allah (swt). We should not fear any laws that were man-made but only Allah (swt). It is crucial that we as Muslims join together and call for the Islamic ideology to lift this oppression on all Muslims and decrease the Munkars we see. This cause needs perseverance, steadfastness, and patience. As many ayat show the importance of patience as such,
أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُواْ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِكُم مَّثَلُ الَّذِينَ خَلَوْاْ مِن قَبْلِكُم مَّسَّتْهُمُ الْبَأْسَاء وَالضَّرَّاء وَزُلْزِلُواْ حَتَّى يَقُولَ الرَّسُولُ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مَعَهُ مَتَى نَصْرُ اللّهِ أَلا إِنَّ نَصْرَ اللّهِ قَرِيبٌ (214)-البقرة
"Or think you that you will enter Paradise without such (trials) as come to to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty, ailments and were so shaken and that even the Messenger and those who believed with him said, ‘when will come the Help of Allah? ‘Yes certainly, the help of Allah is near!" (Al-Baqarah: 214)
