Hizb ut Tahrir / Britain organized a conference in the southern city of Luton entitled 'The 2019 Kashmir Conference'. The conference included four keynote speeches, which focused on several issues, the most important of which is the new world situation, as China has become a strong competitor to the United States of America and everything that is happening in and around Kashmir.

 The Women's Section of Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan organized an open campaign entitled: "Reject Secularism and Establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) that Implements Islam". The campaign began on Wednesday, 24 Safar 1441 AH, corresponding to 23 October 2019 CE; and included several and various event.

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Syria organized a demonstration in front of Zahrat al-Golan camp mosque in al-Golan gathering in Qah area of Idlib countryside, entitled "A hundred days and the harbinger is exposed behind bars".
