As soon as it was sunset on Monday 3/6/2019 the dispute emerged between the puppet regimes in the declaration of the crescent-moon of the month of Shawwal, it was clear that the dispute was intentional, which is common from these regimes that do not care about the rules of Islam and do not give weight to its rituals.

 Recently the High Court bench (Annex court no-18) headed by Justice Sheikh Abdul Awal and Justice Bhismadev Chakraborty rejected the bail of a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, Mohammad Sohel Rana (Age 32, Cyber Crime case no. 119/16). He is being held in jail custody unjustly for about three and half years under the section 57 of the notorious and draconian ‘ICT Act’.
