Yesterday, Friday 5th April 2019 / 29 Rajab 1440 Hijri, Hizb ut Tahrir / Tanzania sent a delegation to the Chinese Embassy in Tanzania to convey a special letter of communique over the Chinese state’s oppression to Uyghur Muslims.
The 98th anniversary of the destruction of the Khilafah (Caliphate) has come, and the Islamic Ummah and the people of Palestine have been inflicted with catastrophes, and the calamities have intensified, the conspiracies have increased and the plots of the enemies have aggravated, and we on this anniversary, affirm the following facts:

On Tuesday, 2 April 2019 CE corresponding 26 Rajab 1440 AH, a delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land of Palestine handed over a letter to the Chinese Embassy in Ramallah warning against its continued policy of repression and persecution against Uighurs and all Muslims of East Turkistan.
