The Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan held monthly Ummah Issues Forum under the title: "The Distorted Civilizational Parliaments". Speakers included Ustaath Issam Atiem – Member of the Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Sudan and Professor Nasir Al-Sayed – Secretary General of the Islamic Constitution Front. The Ummah Forum took place on 17 Jumada II 1437 AH corresponding to March 26, 2016.

British newspapers have reported that parents have threatened to pull their children out of classes at a village primary school over a ‘transgender day’ planned for pupils as young as four. Several families say they will not allow their children to attend the classes which are meant to help children explore their ‘sexuality’.
