Ameer's Answer to Question Voting for Democracy is Forbidden

It is known that voting for democracy is forbidden, but there is many evidence that people think that it is permissible to vote for the following reasons: 1- The lesser of two evils 2- The law of the people before us. 3- Necessity permits prohibitions. 4- One of the purposes (Maqasid) of Shariah law is to protect the religion, life, and property of Muslims. Are these rules valid for obtaining the Shariah ruling that voting is permissible or obligatory for the benefit of the Ummah?

The Netherlands March in Amsterdam Stop the Genocide in Gaza

Hizb ut Tahrir / Netherlands organized a march in support of Gaza in the Dutch capital, Amsterdam, with the slogan “Stop the Genocide in Gaza.” The march moved through the streets of Amsterdam, accompanied by the chants calling for supporting Gaza and mobilizing Muslim armies. Many residents of those neighborhoods close to the march’s route and a number of people joined the march. From non-Muslims, some shop owners began chanting the march’s slogans:

The Blessed Land – Palestine A Massive March in support of the Ummah's Armies to Save Gaza!

Thousands participated in the massive march called for by Hizb ut Tahrir in the Blessed Land - Palestine and the notables of the city of Hebron (al-Khalil) in support of Rafah and to save what was left of Gaza. The march began from Al-Abrar Mosque Junction towards Ibn Rushd Roundabout in the center of Hebron, and the participants raised flags and slogans calling on the Ummah and its armies to take urgent action to save Rafah and the people of Gaza.
