Answer to Question: The Principal The Lesser of Two Evils or Lesser of the Two Harms

I have a question related to the two principles: “The Lesser of Two Evils or Lesser of the Two Harms”,quoted by many Dawah carriers and Islamic movements to participate in the legislative and presidential elections. Are they both Shariah principles? Did some of the jurists adopt them? What are their evidences and what is the response to them?

Those Who Truly Love RasulAllah (saw) Must Re-Establish the Khilafah on the Method of Prophethood, which will Protect the Honour of RasulAllah (saw)

It was narrated that Anas (ra) said that RasulAllah (saw) said, «لَا يُؤْمِنُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى أَكُونَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ مَالِهِ وَأَهْلِهِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ» “None of you has believed until I am dearer to him than his family, his wealth and all the people.” [An-Nisa’a].

The Muslim Vote: Pragmatic, Pointless or Prohibited

The Muslims are being told many different things about voting in the upcoming U.S. elections. The Muslim community is under a cloud of intimidation, suspicion and focus – there is a concerted effort, similar to previous presidential elections, to pressure Muslims to vote, whether based on fear, benefit and/or a form of civic duty.
