Liberate Palestine, Work for Khilafah

[سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَىٰ بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلًا مِّنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصَى الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ لِنُرِيَهُ مِنْ آيَاتِنَا إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ]

“Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing.” [Surah al-Isra: 17:1]

On Tuesday, 28 January 2020, Donald Trump announced his so-called Deal of the Century with Netanyahu by his side. The Trump administration has abandoned years of bogus impartiality and has made clear it aims to eradicate the issue of Palestine. The deal – if it deserves such a name – is to simply hand everything over to the Zionists, and to deny the Palestinian negotiators even the tiniest concession. To achieve this, the US has enlisted the support of her most slavish agent rulers in the region; and has been using bribes and threats against the other agents who have expressed some reluctance.

Hizb ut Tahrir / Britain calls upon the Muslim community to undertake the following actions to show its rejection of this deal:

1. Resist all plots to surrender Palestine through negotiations with the Zionist entity.

We must say no to any negotiations and deals with the Zionist entity and must not compromise on an inch of Palestine despite the bloodshed we witness, as this is nothing but submission to colonial plans to firmly implant this cancerous entity in the Muslim world. We cannot succumb to the reality and pressures but must remain true to our belief and reject all negotiations which compromise the blessed land of Palestine. This US deal is just another form of past initiatives to sell Palestine and goes further in attempting to submerge ‘Palestinian territories’ into a Jewish entity.

2. Reject US and Western intervention

The Western nations, led by the US are continuously interfering in our lands and affairs, using their agents and proxies to further their goals. It is clear that this latest deal has been launched with the blessings of the rulers in the Muslim land, who have been bought off to sell Palestine completely. They have no shame in implementing western plans, which bring no benefit to this noble Ummah except for more humiliation and suffering.

3. Account the agent rulers for their inaction

The rulers in the Muslim world are the first line of defence for the Zionist entity and a reason for its existence and legitimacy. They have given lip service to the Palestinian issue while executing colonial plans abroad. The Turkish government does not hesitate in deploying troops to further US policy in Syria and Libya, while failing to mobilize its troops for Palestine despite strong rhetoric. This is the despicable nature of the Muslim rulers and it is a must that they are accounted for their treachery and betrayal of Palestine. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَتَأْمُرُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَلَتَنْهَوُنَّ عَنْ الْمُنْكَرِ أَوْ لَيُوشِكَنَّ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عِقَابًا مِنْهُ ثُمَّ تَدْعُونَهُ فَلَا يُسْتَجَابُ لَكُمْ»

“By Him in whose hand is my soul, you must command the Maroof and you must forbid the Munkar or Allah will be about to send a punishment from Him upon you. Then you will make Du’aa (supplication) to Him but you will not be responded to.” (At-Tirmidhi)

4. Call on armies to mobilize

The Islamic solution for Palestine (and all occupied lands) is for the Muslim armies to move to defend the Muslims and Muslim lands. This was clearly understood in the past by Salahuddin Ayyubi who exhausted his efforts in this path. This is what is required and this is an obligation on the shoulders of the Muslim armies. We must be vocal in calling for the Muslim armies to mobilize as they have the material capability to uproot the Zionist entity and liberate Palestine. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«مَنْ رَأَى مِنْكُمْ مُنْكَرًا فَلْيُغَيِّرْهُ بِيَدِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِلِسَانِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ فَبِقَلْبِهِ وَذَلِكَ أَضْعَفُ الْإِيمَانِ»

“Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then let him change it with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart – and that is the weakest of Iman.” (Muslim)

5. Join in the Global Work for Khilafah

Only the Khilafah Rashidah will bring about the liberation of Al-Quds, Syria, Kashmir, and all the other occupied lands. We must aid the global call for the re-establishment of the Khilafah: stand for it, call for it and join in this noble work with Hizb ut Tahrir. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said:

«إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ فَإِنْ أَمَرَ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَعَدَلَ كَانَ لَهُ بِذَلِكَ أَجْرٌ وَإِنْ يَأْمُرْ بِغَيْرِهِ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهُ»

“Only the Imam is a shield, behind whom you fight and you protect yourself with, so if he orders by taqwa and is just then he has reward for that, and if he orders by other than that, then it is against himself.” (Muslim)
