An Urgent Call To the Military Leaders, Staff Officers, All Ranks of the Armed Forces, and the People of Power and Support in Egypt, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon

O Leaders and Officers...

You see with your own eyes what is happening to the Muslims in Palestine of slaughtering and humiliating the youth, elderly, women and children by the hands of those Whom Allah (swt) has wrote on them humiliation and wretchedness until the Day of Resurrection. You also watched how those depraved, the murderers of Prophets, behaved in preventing the wounded from being rescued, leaving them to bleed to death, and what they have done from field executions and the destruction of houses over the heads of their owners, your people, your brothers. You see as well the villainy of the rulers, their meanness, and their lack of sense, which is not surprising, as they have sided with their masters, your enemies, the disbelievers. It is also clearly evident to you that those rulers, the traitors of Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw) and the believers, have dropped publicly what they called the "war option" in order to comply the wishes of the heads of Kufr. That is, they overturned their reliance on your abilities, and you are the people of support, power and determination. They had already tried you - despite their plots - and you proved that you are the people of Jihad and fighting. You are the soldiers of Muhammad peace be upon him, even though your enemies exceeded you in tools and ordnance at that time; whether this was in the Battle of Al Karama, Battles of Attrition, or the War of the Sixth of October 1973 CE. Not only that, your ancestors had an honorable history in defeating the Tatars, the Crusaders, and all the enemies of Islam throughout the reigns of the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate".

O Leaders and Officers...

The Ummah, after being betrayed by the traitor rulers of the Muslim countries, explicitly and clearly hopes that you will heed their call and encounter the army of the Jews, as you are capable of it. The Ummah is behind you, and it prays to Allah (swt) that He (swt) takes to Himself (swt) from among them martyrs, so that they get out of the wrath of Allah (swt) and disobeying Him (swt) for not responding to the cries of your brothers in Palestine, where hundreds of tanks pounded their towns and trampled their dignity. This is after our enemies depended on the treacherous rulers to keep your tanks in the trenches to be eaten by rust, and your equipment and weapons in their containers. The Ummah, in order to build its armies, has given a lot of its sons and spent a lot of its money, and is fully prepared to give the remaining of its sons and spend all of its money to enter the battle and come out of this humiliation and bowing to those which history does not know except their debasement and spitefulness. The demonstrations launched by the sons of your Ummah in the capitals and cities demand your mobilization, but those criminal rulers resorted to silencing them so they enforced riot squads to disperse them by force, and beating people severely intending to separate between the Ummah and its physical strength, and making enmity the title of the relationship between the Ummah and its physical strength.

O Leaders and Officers of Various Ranks...

The time is very favorable for breaking the conspirators and spoiling their plots to indorse the land of Palestine as a right of the Jews and the establishment of a buffer entity between them and the rest of the region on less than 20% of the land of Palestine, which they name it the Palestinian State. This is to add another weak entity to those entities that have ripped apart the body of the Ummah into fragments with the borders that they drew, in order to weaken this Ummah and make it easier for them to single out each country individually.

Your stance these days, and before the completion of their plot, will be recorded by Allah
(swt), before the Ummah records for every intrepid believer of you with letters of gold in a fragrant registry that remains a beacon for future generations.

O Leaders, Officers and People of Power and Support...

The plot is nearing completion, as they are torturing the people in Palestine to break their strength and gnaw their chivalry and manhood so that the people of Palestine do not even dare to think in the future to threaten the security of the Jews after the signing of the so-called Final Solution, after being singled out by the Jews and distanced you from the battlefield. They also carried out, during this criminal campaign that is not in parity, arrests of the honorable and the sincere and field executing them. The siege of the traitor Arafat which they have invented, is only to prepare him for signing on behalf of the people of Palestine on the treason agreements, and install that blessed spot as the right to the sons of apes and pigs, especially that he has been portrayed by the media as a steadfast leader and a besieged symbol.

O Descendants of Khalid, Salahuddin and Mohammed aI-Fatih...

You are the only ones who can console the breast of the Ummah from its enemies and the enemies of your Deen. You alone are able to put an end to the plot on the Land of Isra'a, that blessed spot of your land, the land of Islam, after they spent dozens of years in appeasing the Ummah, deceiving it and adapting it to accept that despicable end. With your mobilization alone Palestine will be liberated, the Jews will be expelled and the nose of the arrogant America, the warrior against your Islam in the name of combating terrorism, will be broken. With your march, the front which they considered safe will collapse, as if you were satisfied for the Muslim women to stay humiliated by the Kaffir infidels, crying out for you, your Islam, and your manhood to rescue them from those despicable beings.

By the insurgency of one battalion you will see that your brothers in other battalions from all fronts from Rafah until the Shebaa Farms will follow you, and you will have the honor of starting and achieving the hope of the Ummah, rather the whole Ummah will follow you, and your backs will be protected by their armies in the Hijaz, Najd, Iraq and Iran... You will not be alone, Allah (swt) willing, so rise up to your duty; may Allah (swt) bless you. Nations possess armies for the purpose of fighting the enemies and eradicating their roots, and that waiting for the mercy of the enemy is the character of the incompetent and the coward. How then would that happen and your hearts almost break in pain of what is happening to your people and you are the best nation raised up for humankind and your enemies are the most evil creation of Almighty Allah.

How do you not let us hear your statement, and the Ummah awaits you, waiting for you after it discredited those rulers, the slaves to the enemies of Allah who had previously given orders to mobilize part of your armies to fight with America against the army of Iraq. They do not have any sense of shame while you are on the front fighting the Jews, wanting you to stay silent, you and your artillery, in front of those cowards who are busy shedding the blood of your people after they withdrew substantial part of their weapons from the front line with you and are relieved to your listening to those corrupt dissolute, after inflicting the hearts of some of you that the victory of America for the Jews, is like the greatest victory of Allah (swt).

The docking of the armies would derail America's weapon of choice in the fight - flight - if it chooses to enter it, and its soldiers are too cowardly to fight a battle with you on the ground. The Ummah hopes that you, the honorable, will respond to its call, for you are not who maintain the fate of this sincere Ummah in the hands of its enemies.

[قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُّؤْمِنِينَ]
