Birth of the Prophet (saw) is a Sign of Victory for our Ummah

The Prophet (saw) said,

"I am the prayer (duaa) of my father Ibrahim, a prediction of Issa, and my mother saw in a dream light coming from her (stomach) shining on the castles of Sham." (Imam Ahmad)

Our beloved Prophet (saw) is duaa from Ibrahim (as) as the Qur'an reminds us:

[رَبَّنَا وَابْعَثْ فِيهِمْ رَسُولاً مِنْهُمْ]

"Our Lord! Send amongst them a messenger of their own" [2: 129]

He is also a prediction of Issa (as) as he told Banu Israel as mentioned in the Qur'an.

"And I give glad tidings of a messenger to come after me, His name is Ahmad." [61:6]

As for the shining light from the stomach, it is a dream of the Prophet's (saw) mother when she was pregnant and expecting the birth of our beloved Prophet (saw). It is a tiding of continuous victory of the Ummah until the Day of Judgment. Even though the Ummah is afflicted with tribulations and obstacles as is currently the situation since the fall of Khilafah "Caliphate". In elaborating this glad tiding of victory, Tafsir Muhtaswar Ibn Kathir states, ‘And referring to Sham in this prediction is because of a true fact that Sham will be the headquarters of Islam in the last days (akhir zaman).' As the Prophet (saw) said:

"A group among my Ummah will not avoid standing by the truth, will not be harmed by their opposer, or will be weakened by withdrawal of support until the command of Allah (victory). The group will be from Shaam." (Bukhari and Muslim) (Mukhtaswar Ibn Kathir Vol. 1 verse 129 Surat al-Baqara)

Sham combines areas of Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan and some areas of Iraq. This prediction is one of the many on victory of this Ummah as also the Prophet (saw) said:

"إِنَّ رَبِّي زَوَى لِي الْأَرْضَ فَرَأَيْتُ مَشَارِقَهَا وَمَغَارِبَهَا وَإِنَّ مُلْكَ أُمَّتِي سَيَبْلُغُ مَا زُوِيَ لِي مِنْهَا وَأُعْطِيتُ الْكَنْزَيْنِ الْأَحْمَرَ وَالْأَبْيَضَ"

"Verily Allah brought near the whole world and I saw from the East to the West. Verily, ruling by my Ummah will reach all areas that I viewed. I have also been given two treasures, red and yellow. (Muslim)

Either, there is a prediction of return of Khilafah "Caliphate" after corrupt rulers which says:

"...ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة"

"Then there will return Khilafah "Caliphate" on the methodology of the Prophet..." or when the Prophet (saw) predicted the conquering of Constantinople/Istanbul which was conquered by Muhammad Fathi and the conquering of Rome which has not yet been conquered but which is a certainty Inshaallah.

These predictions are a victory for this Ummah although we need to deeply conceptualize on the concepts and intentions of the prediction. This is because Kuffar and scholars of puppets front the wrong understanding such that it confuses even the sincere ones.

First, if the prediction is authentically proven from the Qur'an and Hadith Mutawatur, refuting it is Kufr. This is because predictions are among issues of Iman/Aqeedah which is to believe in the unseen as a Muslim is obliged to believe as they are, without using mental parameters or looking for semblance of the prediction with what surrounds us.

Second, believing in the prediction does not mean isolation and waiting for it to occur by abandoning Dawah work to re-establish Khilafah "Caliphate" or stating as some groups say that there is no need to involve oneself as ‘Khilafah "Caliphate" is a promise of Allah Taala.' Certainly, it is a promise of Allah Taala and no one disputes that, however, Shariah has bound us to undertake specific actions to approach this prediction. Undertaking or not undertaking those actions does not prevent the occurrence of the said prediction. However, if we did not undertake actions as commanded in our reality as human beings, we will be sinful as Shariah requires us to undertake those actions. No one better understands the victory prediction like our beloved Prophet (saw), but he struggled to seek Nusrah from various tribes so as to establish a state. He migrated from Makkah secretly, hid and hired a special guide, fought in many expeditions, etc. All these are not because he was doubtful of the promised victory, but because these actions are part of commands from Allah Taala that he was obliged to undertake and not isolating himself waiting for victory. As for the companions, they clearly understood the prediction and were not doubtful of the various predictions but undertook actions that Shariah commanded them to perform.

Third, predictions given to us must calm the hearts of Muslims to avoid not having a stand by bringing shame to themselves and entering traps by Kuffar as if we don't have a complete way of life; ideology that has a methodology that is adequate. Unfortunately, to an extent that some have reached a point of associating with Kufr; like supporting Kufr democratic parties with their Kufr secular constitutions. The Prophet (saw) even during hard times when his people were tortured and oppressed, he never entered or supported the Kufr rule or their system. In fact he was given a bigger opportunity, not only to give an opinion on their constitution after which the rulers can either take the opinion or when they are not in need of it, discard it! However, the Prophet (saw) was offered kingship but adamantly refused. Another example is when he noted the conditions of some tribes who offered Nusrah to establish a state were contrary to Islam like the tribe of Amr bin S'asah who wanted to offer leadership but on condition when he dies, it remains in the hands of the tribe. The Prophet (saw) adamantly refused. When the tribe of Bani Shayban gave him the condition that they will give him leadership as long as he does not fight the Persians whom they had an agreement with on the matter, the Prophet (saw) refused. He refused all these conditions and stood steadfastly by Islam and never feigned the excuse of Muslim interests knowing well that people are tortured and facing hardship such that they require Nusrah to get respite.

A surprise which Muslims do not take note of is that Kuffar are not guided by revelation nor do not have any tidings on their part but are guided by their desires and calculations of their weak minds. But they are confident in peddling their evil agenda and radically submit it to Muslims without hesitation. How come then, we Muslims whom Allah Taala is on our side, predictions of our beloved Prophet (saw) are on our side and we follow the right Deen, why should we be doubtful of our victory?

It is an obligation for Muslims during this period of Rabiul-Awwal, when we remember the birth of our beloved Prophet (saw), to go back in line as he showed us practically and not accept to be dragged in defending Kufr under the pretext of ‘Muslim interests'. These are lame excuses used to deceive Muslims to carry Kufr agendas.
