The Kyrgyz National Security Service arrested two girls aged 16 and 19 years in the village of Bek-Abad in the Suzak region, and they are accused of changing the state flag in several places. In addition to the inspections that took place on May 31 and June 4, which led to 4 Muslim sisters being placed under investigation in connection with the same incident.

According to information from private sources, the 45-year-old mother of one of the sisters, who was arrested in connection with the incident, remained in detention so as not to leave her daughter alone in the hands of the tyrants. In addition, the sister's uncle, who was 29 years old, was beaten and tortured with an electric current. Then they showed the recording of the uncle being tortured to the sister and threatened to do the same to her. Because of the fear and shock the sister was exposed to, she was forced to confess to the crime and carry out what the security services asked of her. According to what witnesses said, the defendants were subjected to torture, and they saw how the agencies’ employees used force on them.

Several days prior, employees of the Kyrgyz National Security Service in that village arrested members of Hizb ut Tahrir who carried the Da’wah on false charges. The official authorities at the time attempted to link the incident to Hizb ut Tahrir by manipulating information. Especially since the security services had closed the cameras at the event venues two days before in order to carry out their provocative actions.

Through all this, it can be concluded that the country's rulers decided to escalate the war on Islam and Muslims through provocative actions. Hizb ut Tahrir, the political Hizb, exposes the corruption of the rulers and their mismanagement of the people. Therefore, you find them seeking to make the regime a dictatorship, throwing false accusations at Hizb’s members and increasing persecution. Unfortunately, the tyrants did not spare our Muslim sisters; they made them victims of their provocative actions.

O rulers, do you hope, by putting the sisters in prison, to justify your inability to rule the people? Is your courage only enough to show it against the weak sisters? Should the rulers of the country who consider themselves Muslims and pray in front of the people on holidays attack the honor of Muslims?

You will not be successful. This is because Kyrgyz society is turning towards its Deen more and more every day and is learning Islam as an ideology. The Kyrgyz people is able to differentiate between truth and lies and will not follow the despicable actions of the government.

Hizb ut Tahrir has never stopped its work of the resumption of the Islamic way of life, regardless of the persecution of tyrants. The history of thousands of our brothers who became disabled due to brutal torture in the prisons of the tyrant Karimov bears witness to this.

The rulers must realize that many regimes tried to persecute Hizb ut Tahrir but, thanks to Allah, they failed. Therefore, the arrests will not stop the members of Hizb ut Tahrir, but on the contrary, they will strengthen them on the path to achieving their aims. We strongly believe in the words of the Messenger of Allah (saw) «لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الدِّينِ ظَاهِرِينَ، لِعَدُوِّهِمْ قَاهِرِينَ، لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ إِلَّا مَا أَصَابَهُمْ مِنْ لَأْوَاءَ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَهُمْ أَمْرُ اللهِ وَهُمْ كَذَلِكَ»“A group of people from my Ummah will always remain triumphant on the right path and continue to be triumphant (against their opponents). He who deserts them shall not be able to do them any harm. They will remain in this position until Allah's Command is executed.”

Therefore, the policy of oppression and intimidation cannot break the determination and will of the members of Hizb ut Tahrir to work to resume the Islamic way of life. As for tyrants, they will never be able to extinguish the flame of their hearts. This is in the hands of Allah. Allah Almighty said:

[وَعَدَ اللهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْناً يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئاً وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ]

“Allah has promised those of you who believe and do good that He will certainly make them successors in the land, as He did with those before them; and will surely establish for them their faith which He has chosen for them; and will indeed change their fear into security—˹provided that˺ they worship Me, associating nothing with Me. But whoever disbelieves after this ˹promise˺, it is they who will be the rebellious.” [An-Nur 24:55].
