[أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ بَدَّلُوا۟ نِعْمَتَ ٱللَّهِ كُفْرًۭا وَأَحَلُّوا۟ قَوْمَهُمْ دَارَ ٱلْبَوَارِ]
"Have you not seen those ˹disbelievers˺ who meet Allah’s favours with ingratitude and lead their own people to their doom?" [Surah Ibrahim:28]

O Muslims of Pakistan!

Have you seen what the rulers have done to us, despite all the blessings we possess, by the grace of Allah (swt), in terms of resources, material strength and a noble and dignified people? We are subjected to bomb blasts and assassinations, throughout the country and in particular the capital of the neglected province of Baluchistan, Quetta. We count our dead in hundreds and hear the screams of agony of thousands injured. To rub salt in our wounds, the rulers arrange for our humiliation and inconvenience with check-posts and searches, disrupted phone communication and other token measures, all to appear as if they are doing something. But no! Not only are they doing nothing to secure us, they are the actual cause of our misery and suffering, death and injury.

Have you not seen how these rulers assist their lord and master, America, in orchestrating the killing of Muslims all over the country? Have you not seen how America's terrorists of the "Raymond Davis Network" are supported by traitors in the political and military leadership and their shadowy agencies and paid thugs? So, whilst we are stopped at check-posts, the American terrorists' SUVs with black tinted windows and false registration plates are waved through by these rulers. Whilst we are searched down to our motor-cycle helmets and car glove boxes, these rulers arrange for the Americans to import their tools of mischief in sealed containers, upon which not a single Pakistani official is allowed to lay their hands upon, let alone gaze into. Whilst these rulers suspend our phone communications, despite medical and other emergencies, they ensure that American terrorists parade through the streets of our capital and sensitive military cantonments, with satellite phones to arrange their chaos. And whilst we yearn for security, even if it were under a rock or under the ground, the rulers arrange for plush residences for the American terrorists in our neighborhoods and grant permission for construction of the world's second largest American embassy in our capital, a fortress in all but name.

Have you not seen how these rulers have changed the strongest Muslim power into a country under a bloody siege, just so that our enemies will benefit? This chaos is to create confusion and fear amongst the Muslims, so that America and the Hindu State are uninterrupted in their mischief in Pakistan, the world's only Muslim nuclear power. The occupying forces of America in Afghanistan are the direct beneficiaries of the chaos, at a time when America seeks to establish a permanent presence in the region, under the veil of a limited withdrawal. The vast American presence in Pakistan itself, American intelligence, military and private military, is likewise secured by this chaos. This chaos creates opportunities for the Hindu state to bolster in its ambitions against us in occupied Kashmir and even within Pakistan. This is the real meaning to the phrase coined by the former US Secretary of Defence, Donald Rumsfeld, "creative chaos." It is chaos, insecurity and destruction within the lands of Muslims to "create" opportunities for their enemies.

And as the Ummah bleeds in rivers through deep wounds inflicted by these cursed rulers and their masters, these hypocrite rulers feign concern and roll out their standard calls for solutions: governor rule, army rule and chief minister rule, when the actual problem is they and their Kufr colonialist rule!

O Muslims of Pakistan!

We will only see such destruction at the hands of these evil rulers, as long as we live without our Khilafah "Caliphate". No matter which faces come to rule in this current system, we will witness our destruction because this system is a system of colonialism, a throne only for traitors to our people and our Deen. Only under our Khilafah "Caliphate" will we see the end of the colonialist presence in Pakistan, which is the root cause of our suffering. Our Khilafah "Caliphate" will close all American consulates, embassies, bases and deport all of its officials. It will end all contacts with officials of foreign hostile powers to cut off any influence. And our Khilafah "Caliphate" will alone unify all the Muslim states, whose collective armed forces number near six million, gathering all their resources as a single state, to protect the Muslims from the evil of the Kuffar enemy. Indeed, the Khilafah "Caliphate" throughout the ages was a shield for the Muslims and Non-Muslims, protecting their beliefs, lives and properties. It was the Khilafah "Caliphate" that repelled the Tartars, the Crusaders and vanquished the Romans and the Persians. Even in its weakest period, it was the Khilafah "Caliphate" that compelled America to pay Jizya in an agreement signed on the 21^st of Safar, 1210 A.H i.e. 5^th June, 1795 C.E., according to which it was required to pay 642,000 gold dollars and an annual payment of 12,000 Othmani gold Lira to the Khilafah "Caliphate" State- the only agreement which America has ever signed in a language other than its own.

Only under our Khilafah "Caliphate" will we find our lives, property and honor secure, for only our Khilafah "Caliphate" will pay heed to each and every command of Allah (swt). Allah (swt) said,

[وَمَن يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِناً مُّتَعَمِّداً فَجَزَآؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِداً فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَاباً عَظِيماً]

"And whosoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him" [Surah Al-Nisa 4:93]. And our Khilafah "Caliphate" does not discriminate between us on the basis of school of thought or race or language. Allah (swt) said,

[هُوَ سَمَّاكُمْ الْمُسْلِمينَ] "And Allah named you as Muslims only." [Surah al-Hajj 22: 78]. Thus, our Khilafah "Caliphate" state is not a state for a particular school of thought, but it is for all Muslims. And our Khilafah "Caliphate" state secures the lives, property and honour of all of its citizens, regardless of their race, language or religion. Thus, for centuries Muslims belonging to different schools of thought have been living peacefully under the Islamic rule. Thirteen hundred years of Muslims history show us that a Shafai Muslim had never killed his Hanafi Muslim brother nor a Hanafi had ever killed his Jafferi Muslim brother, just because of juristic differences of opinions. Islam severely condemns nationalism, racism and sectarianism and declares all human beings as the siblings of Adam (as) and the Muslims as a single Ummah. The Khilafah "Caliphate" was a sanctuary for non-Muslim refugees too, to escape persecution outside of the Khilafah "Caliphate". Not only did the Muslims of the Indian Subcontinent peacefully deal with their fellow Muslim brothers for centuries, the Dhimmis (Non Muslim citizens of the Islamic state) like Hindus and Zoroastrians were never subjected of oppression at the hands of Muslims.

O sincere officers of Pakistan's armed forces!

Have you still not seen enough of the treachery from the men who sit astride your shoulders, over your heads? It is an open secret that Pakistan's armed forces are the real power in Pakistan. The fact that matters worsened so much lies squarely at your feet. You are responsible for letting this destruction continue and worsen. Remember who you are, sons of Muslims and inheritors of a legacy of hundreds of years of Islamic rule in this region. It is the Iman in your chests that amplifies your military capabilities, such that America depends more on you, than its own cowardly troops, for success. And it is this Iman that compels you to overcome your fears and do what must be done. Do not allow yourselves to be raised as one of those who sided with the mischief makers, Kayani, Zardari and their club of thugs, through your silence. Allah (swt) said, [وَقَالُوا رَبَّنَا إِنَّا أَطَعْنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَاءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا السَّبِيلَ] "And they will say: Our Lord! Verily we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the (Right) Way" [Surah Al-Ahzab 33:67]

Now is the time for planned action for the sake of Allah (swt), His Messenger (saw) and the believers, undertaken by the sincere officers, in order to take authority and give it to the sincere and aware Hizb, so that it can establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" which rules by Islam, liberates and annexes the Muslim Lands to unify them. Clasp your hands firmly with Hizb ut Tahrir now, remembering your brothers-in-arms who preceded you, in establishing Islam as a state and a rule in Madinah, by giving the material support (Nussrah) to RasulAllah (saw), such as Saad (ra). When Sa'ad (ra) died, his mother wept and RasulAllah (saw) told her,

«ليرقأ (لينقطع) دمعك، ويذهب حزنك، فإن ابنك أول من ضحك الله له واهتز له العرش»

"Your tears would recede and your sorrow be lessened if you know that your son is the first person for whom Allah smiled and His Throne trembled." [At-Tabarani]
