“Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed as a guide for humanity with clear evidences of guidance and Furqan (Criterion).”[TMQ Surah Al-Baqarah 2:185]
(Translated)
The month of Ramadan is upon you. It brings to you the blessings of the Mercy of Allah (swt). So expose yourselves to the blessings of Allah (swt), through your good deeds. The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «تَعَرَّضُوا لِنَفَحَاتِ رَحْمَةِ اللهِ، فَإِنَّ لِلهِ نَفَحَاتٍ مِنْ رَحْمَتِهِ، يُصِيبُ بِهَا مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ» “Expose yourself to the blessings of the Mercy of Allah (swt), which He (swt) grants to whomever He (swt) wishes amongst His servants.” (Narrated by Al-Tabarani)
The month of Furqan (Criterion), Ramadan, has come upon you. It brings to you the reminders of the Day of Badr, the Day of Furqan, as well as the reminders of the conquest of Makkah, the conquest of Al-Quds and the Battle of Ein Jaloot. These are the reminders of the victory of Allah (swt) for the pious believers. So be exposed to the reminders of the victory of Allah (swt), by supporting His Deen. Allah (swt) said,
“O You Who Believe! When you support Allah ﷻ, He supports you and makes your foothold firm.” [TMQ Muhammad 47:7].
The month of Furqan has come upon you. It obliges you to differentiate between truth and falsehood. So be loyal to Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw), and disavow kufr (disbelief), disbelievers, hypocrisy, and hypocrites. There is no ruling judgement except that of Allah (swt). Allah (swt) said,
“All ruling is for Allah (swt) Alone. He (swt) has commanded that you worship none but Him. That is the upright Deen. However, most people do not know.” [TMQ Yusuf 12:40]. There is no fearing of any but Allah (swt). Allah (swt) said,
“Do you fear them? Allah is more deserving of your fear, if you are true believers.” [TMQ At-Tawbah 9:13]
The month of Ramadan has come upon you. It anticipates the Ansar (Supporters) of today, who are the likes of the Ansar of the Messenger of Allah (saw), supporting Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw). The month of fasting has come upon you, to inspire within you the dignity of Islam, the strength of the believers, and the steadfastness of the pious. The month of Jihad in the Path of Allah (swt) has come upon you, to firm the resolve of the armies of the Muslims, so that they may respond to the command of Allah (swt). Allah (swt) said,
“O believers! Fight the disbelievers around you and let them find firmness in you. And know that Allah is with those mindful of Him.” [TMQ At-Tawbah 9:123].
O Beloved Believers! The month of Ramadan has been upon us for nearly a hundred years, in which it bears witness to our division, disputes, the discarding of the Book of our Lord (swt), and the losing of our way. Indeed, Muslims even dispute over the day of the beginning of fasting, and over the day of Eid. This year, Ramadan bears witness to the massacres in the Blessed Land, by those whom Allah (swt) is angry with. Ramadan bears witness to tens of thousands of martyrs and wounded. Ramadan conveys to Allah (swt) the appeals for help from children, women and the bereaved. Indeed, Allah (swt) is sufficient for us and He is the Best Disposer of affairs.
O Ummah of Muhammad (saw)! Is this how you welcome the month of Allah (swt)?! Do you receive Ramadan with your division, the ruling by tyrants, and your abandonment of Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, the first Qibla of the Muslims and the site of the ascension of the Prophet (saw) to the highest heavens?!
O Ummah of Muhammad (saw)! How can you receive Ramadan in such a state, when the Messenger of Allah (saw) believed in the Dua of Jibreel (as), «رَغِمَ أَنْفُ رَجُلٍ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ، ثُمَّ انْسَلَخَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُغْفَرَ لَهُ “Beware of the misfortune of a man upon whom the month of Ramadan came, but it departed before he was forgiven,” (narrated by Ibn Hibban)?! How can those who refuse to support Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw), earn the Mercy and Forgiveness of Allah (swt)? Do you not know what earns the Mercy and Forgiveness of Allah (swt)? It is sincere devotion to Allah (swt). It is performing the command of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saw). It is ruling according to all that Allah (swt) has revealed. It is Jihad in the Path of Allah (swt). It is the state of the Khilafah (Caliphate) that establishes the Deen and bears witness over all humanity, so that Muslims are cleared of their obligation before Allah (swt).
O Ummah of Witness, the Best Ummah Ever Brought Forwards for Humanity!
Your responsibility towards Islam is a great responsibility. It obliges you to sacrifice both yourselves and your wealth to seek the pleasure of Allah (swt). It obliges the sons of Muslims in the armies and armed forces to overthrow the agent rulers and traitorous regimes. It obliges them to eradicate the borders that tear Muslim countries apart. It obliges them to give Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate). It obliges them to fulfil the promise of Allah (swt) and the prophetic glad tidings of His Messenger (saw).
Your responsibility towards Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa obliges you to work with all your might to mobilize the Islamic Ummah, and its armies, to wage Jihad in the Path of Allah (swt). This is in order to liberate Al-Aqsa, to obliterate the agent regimes that provide the Jewish entity with the means of life and survival, and to confine the Western and American projects based on the “two-state solution” to the past.
The people of the Blessed Land do not beg for crumbs of aid, while afflicted by bombardment and genocide. Instead, they yearn for the honor of embracing the Muslim armies as they enter the Blessed Land, in fulfillment of the promise of Allah (swt) to the Children of Israeel. Allah (swt) said,
“And when the second warning would come to pass, your enemies would be left to totally disgrace you. They would enter that Masjid as they entered it the first time. They would utterly destroy whatever would fall into their hands.” [TMQ Al-Israa 17:7].
O People in the Blessed Land! Be patient, persevere, and be steadfast. Your patience, perseverance and steadfastness will have no reward except Paradise. Allah (swt) said,
“And do not lose hope in the mercy of Allah, for no one loses hope in Allah’s mercy except for the kafiroon.” [TMQ Yusuf 12:87]. Even if the people on earth abandoned you, the Lord (swt) of the heavens and earth will not abandon you. The prophetic glad tiding of the Messenger of Allah (saw) is sufficient for you in this matter. He (swt) said, «لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ، حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللهِ وَهُمْ كَذَلِكَ» “A group of my Ummah will continue to prevail upon the truth. Those who have abandoned them will not harm them. That is until the Decision of Allah (swt) comes to pass, whilst they are in that state.” (Narrated by Muslim). And according to Imam Ahmad and Al-Tabarani, on the authority of Abu Umamah (ra) who said, that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, «لا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِن أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الحَقِّ، لِعَدُوِّهِم قَاهِرِينَ، لا يَضُرُّهُم مَن خَالَفَهُم، حَتَّى يَأتِيَهُم أَمرُ الله عز وجل وَهُم كَذَلِكَ» “A group of my Ummah will continue to adhere to the truth. Their enemy will be subjugating. Those who oppose them will not harm them. That is until the Decision of Allah (swt) prevails over them, whilst they are in that state.” They said, يَا رَسُولَ الله! “O Messenger of Allah (saw)! And where are they? He (saw) said, «بِبَيتِ المَقدِسِ وَأَكنَافِ بَيتِ المَقدِسِ» “By Baytul Maqdis and the precincts of Baytul Maqdis.”
The Blessed Land is on the verge of victory from Allah (swt). So seek the victory of Allah (swt) for yourselves, through your sincerity to the command of Allah (swt) and the command of His Messenger (saw). Disavow the rulers of tyranny and the allies of Satan. Consider the Words of Allah (swt) Who said,
“Believers fight for in the Path of Allah (swt), whereas disbelievers fight for the cause of Satan. So fight against Satan’s evil forces. Indeed, Satan’s schemes are ever weak.” [TMQ An-Nisaa 4:76].
The issue of the Blessed Land is the issue of an Ummah and an Aqeedah (doctrine). The Blessed Land will remain a blazing fire that ignites Islam in the souls of Muslims, until the Islamic Ummah awakes from its slumber. As for the bands of traitors against Allah (swt) and His Messenger, the allies of the Jews and the agents of America, the curse of Allah (swt), His Messenger, and the believers, has been imposed upon them. The Sunnah of Allah (swt) will apply upon them as it does for all the arrogant. Allah (swt) said,
“They deserve to be cursed. If they were to persist, they would get themselves seized and killed relentlessly wherever they are found! (61) That was Allah’s Sunnah with those hypocrites who have gone before. And you will find no change in Allah’s Sunnah. (62)” [TMQ Al-Ahzab 33: 61-2].
We conclude with the Call of Allah (swt) to the believers. Allah (swt) said,
“O believers! When you support Allah, He supports you and make your steps firm. (7) As for the disbelievers, may they be doomed and may He render their deeds void. (8) That is because they detest what Allah has revealed, so He has rendered their deeds void. (9) Have they not travelled throughout the land to see what was the end of those before them? Allah annihilated them, and a similar fate awaits the disbelievers. (10) This is because Allah is the Guardian of the believers, while the disbelievers have no guardian.” [TMQ Muhammad 47:7-11]. Certainly, it is as Allah (swt) said,
“This is because Allah is the Guardian of the believers while the disbelievers have no guardian.” [Muhammad 47:11] So consider, O people of understanding.
