Hizb ut Tahrir is Above their Schemes and Beyond their Calculations

We have learned from reliable sources that the issue of Hizb ut Tahrir and its growing stature in the country has been circulating among politicians from Tunisia, who sold the covenant for a long time, with foreigner ambassadors and ministers in Tunisia and abroad, in accordance with the arrangements for the next phase. The issue that has embarrassed the government employees and the conspirators is the popularity of Hizb ut Tahrir as the first in activity in Tunisia, especially the West and its colonial companies being restless of the party's opening of the wealth file in its insistence on the adherence to the methodology of the Islamic law nothing else... One of them said to one of his small agents (who is one of the country's senior politician) that Hizb ut Tahrir cannot be implicated or ranked terrorist; not globally or even locally, so you should find another machination entrance to prevent Hizb ut Tahrir, or at least minimize its role.

In this regard, we assert to all the obscurantists, the malicious and the minor agents that your news is with us, your matter is transparent and your rope is short...

We affirm that the fear of all fear is of the revolution, the country and the Ummah of parties which their provision is coming to them in abundance from abroad through suspicious alarming funds; a colonial bestowal uninterrupted.

Fear for the Ummah, the revolution and the good land from those who have forgotten that the eyes of the people of Tunisia do not sleep. Fear of those who, according to a deliberate plan, exploit people; the leaking of men of the former regime's most spiteful on the revolution and the people, who the people revolted against them and drove them away... They enabled them to the key posts of administration and governance in a manner that signals devastation, and are enabling them to establish parties that revel in the country after the dissolution of their party, the offender against the rights of the country and people... Parties that until now have intelligence links with Ben Ali, Leila Trabelsi and Sakhr Materi, besides other terrifying facts that are hardly be believed... and the patrons are known for preparing the Haftar of Tunisia... And fear for the Ummah, the revolution and the country from those who are visiting day and night, secretly and publicly, foreign political and intelligence circles including (Thuraya) phones for emergency instructions... and draw for the country the appropriate positions that must be made either willingly or unwillingly; that is by concession and agreement or by terror and strife.

The security, especially the sincere of them refuse to be watchmen and guards for these traitors and their projects that are for the lust for power, who sell the country and the people. And the sincere in the army, and they are many (as in security), know of those who did not leave a secret in the country but handed it over to their custodians, and they know the intersection of these with the terrorism file. Then these mercenary want the army to be the last to know and the last to intervene to protect the country and the Ummah ... An army sufficed with an orphan article in the Constitution that does not give it the provisions of armies' glory.

We say to the malicious, whose matter is not concealed from us, to tell their custodians of ambassadors and ministers:

Hizb ut Tahrir is resolute against the employment, domestication and on quarantine and prevention... And here is the response of Hizb ut Tahrir for you to understand and convey to your masters: Our response would not be terrorism, as Hizb ut Tahrir does not adopt it and it is not permissible, which distresses the colonists... Its response will not be to seek shelter to the foreigner of any sort, as the Hizb considers this a betrayal; death before it. Rather it will expose you by sound and picture, with evidence and document ... It is unrelenting in struggle on the Truth, working in the Ummah and with it, and has been inflicted by vicissitudes of the times but stayed firm and did not alter the terms of its commitments any alteration.

It always has surprises, of the minimum to the maximum, what pleases our Lord and satisfies the breasts of a believing people and makes the revolution of the Ummah succeed.

Hizb ut Tahrir stands in observation; not to protect itself, but to defend the Ummah and this good land that the traitors oppressed and exchanged it for a small price...

But always there are in the Ummah and in the country sincere people; in the administration, the judicial departments, the security and the military, who reject treason and the return to the misfortune of evil that the people revolted against it.. These do not lack except a brave decision to return the trust (Amanah) to its people... and the governance to its senses.

Hizb ut Tahrir presents an integrated project to save the whole of the Islamic lands. We have provided to the First Ministry and the officials on political parties and associations in it, the program of Hizb ut Tahrir in detail and its constitution in full, since we sent to it "News and Information" to inform it of Hizb ut Tahrir's activity and prior to their statement. So let them occupy themselves with it by study and reflection, to save the country and the people, of the hired agents and the secular man-made regime that closed the doors of the goodness in front of the people and which lead them back to the tragedy.

[الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ * فَانْقَلَبُوا بِنِعْمَةٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍ لَمْ يَمْسَسْهُمْ سُوءٌ وَاتَّبَعُوا رِضْوَانَ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَظِيمٍ]

"So they returned with favor from Allah and bounty, no harm having touched them. And they pursued the pleasure of Allah, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty." [Ali-Imran: 174]
