Do you not know the way to get rid of the Usurping Jewish entity of Al-Quds (Jerusalem)?!

The US President, Trump, in all arrogance declared on 6/12/2017 his recognition of Al-Quds (Jerusalem) as the capital of the Jewish entity and gave instructions to transfer his embassy from “Tel Aviv” to Jerusalem. And boasted with all insolence that he had fulfilled the promise he made by declaring Jerusalem as the capital of a Jewish entity. But for us Muslims and according to Islam, the Jewish entity and Trump's delusion is null and void.

What encouraged Trump to take this arrogant step is the betrayal, incompetence and cowardice of the rulers who govern the Islamic countries and who befriend America and the Jewish entity and are their allies. These rulers moved immediately after Trump’s declation to take the  measures to control and contain the reaction of the enraged Muslims. It is these rulers who showed their betrayal by saying that this declaration is contrary to the resolutions of the United Nations! Some of them said that this would harm peace and the two-state solution! And some of them called for an OIC meeting that neither “undo nor ties” issues! At the same time, they ask for help from the Pope of the Vatican and from Russia and Iran, which killed hundreds of thousands of Muslims in Syria!

As for these rulers who are incapable of protecting their sanctities and are working to cover their flaws with feeble statements and condemnations, the mulberry leaf that covers their nakedness has fallen. Note that Muslims rushed to the streets to show their rage hours after Trump’s announcement. So, they rushed to the squares and gathered in front of America's kaffir embassies; they demonstrated what their first Qibla, Al-Aqsa Mosque, the land of Isra and Al-Maraj meant to them. All squares were filled with  the voices crying out that Al-Quds is an Islamic land, as well as in every corner and in every mosque and on every level, they showed their rage against America and the Jewish entity, and chanted and spoke out the cure that will heal their wounds and relieve their pain, but no leader, ruler, or soldier did anything to heal their breasts! But only rolled their tongues and uttered some statements to divert the anger away from them, and did not seek a solution to the problem!

O Muslims whose heart beats with the love of Al-Quds!

You know that the question of Al-Quds is not new; it is under occupation for 50 years including Al-Aqsa Mosque except for the western part which was occupied for seventy years. Many Muslims were killed in Al-Quds since that date. The position of the Jews the usurpers has not changed since that day, niether did the position of Britain, which established this entity as a dagger in the waist of the Muslim Ummah, followed by America, which continues its positions in support of the Jewish entity. The rulers of the Islamic countries also play their role as actors in a theater in search of a solution, and hold conferences to pretend that they are doing something, while they maintain strong relations with this usurping entity, and seek solutions from the United Nations; which protects this entity and gives feeble and deceiving statement against its brutal practices.

Didn’t the rulers present these things to you as a solution to this issue for many years? How long will you remain silent over their false statements and deceptive acts? And you know that their cowardly positions and low proposals are only in the interest of the Jewish entity and legitimize it! It encourages this entity to persist in its brutal practices! It is time for a radical and final solution!

We in Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah of Turkey again present to you the only and radical solution to Al-Quds and all of Palestine. The fundamental solution to any problem can be reached by looking at its original causes, and then remove them. So the fundamental solution is to look deeper into the root of the problem and understand it and then put forward the correct solution.

1- The question of Palestine is not the issue of the people of Palestine alone or the Arabs alone. Rather, it is an Islamic issue; it is an issue of an Islamic sacred land that is being usurped by the Jews with the support of America and Britain, and the complicity of the traitorous rulers who are appointed to rule the Muslims. This is Palestine, which was opened with the blood of the Muslims, there is no inch of that land free from the blood of a Muslim martyr, or its dust was not shaken by a Mujahid’s horse or walked on by a Mujahid. That land is for all Muslims, surrendering part of it no matter how small or large is a betrayal to Allah and His Messenger and the believers!

2-Jews occupied Palestine by force, but this usurping does not change the reality of its ownership, and does not make the original owner give it up, and does not give the usurper the right over it with the passing of time. The rule of Islam on stolen things is that the owner fights the usurper until he returns what he stole, and any other act by the usurper to legitimize what is stolen is forbidden and void.

3- Any act contrary to Islam is invalid, so any surrendering of any part of Palestine is void and is not recognised. There is no reference point on earth that legitimizes what Allah has forbidden and invalidated; that which is Haraam is Haraam to the of Day Resurrection and that which is Halal is Halal until the Day of Resurrection.

4- Islam prohibits the division of the Islamic countries and the establishment of borders between them. The borders were created by the colonizer who applied the policy of divide and rule so as to facilitate his dominion and control in the countries that he colonized or spread his influence over . It is forbidden for Muslims to remain silent about this division and not work to remove it. It is forbidden to accept the continuation of thr borders.

5- The Jews and the Christians are among the greatest enemies of Muslims. Allah (swt) said:

[وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ]“And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion” [Al-Baqara: 120]

Allah (swt) says:

  [إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ]

“Allah only forbids you from those who fight you because of religion and expel you from your homes and aid in your expulsion - [forbids] that you make allies of them. And whoever makes allies of them, then it is those who are the wrongdoers” [Al-Mumtahina: 9]

And therefore, those who befriend them and work with them and ally with them are ignorant and in a state of lowliness.

O Muslims!

The question of Palestine is a vital issue. The duty towards it is to fight for Allah's sake to recover it from the hands of the usurper Jews. Allah says:

 [وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيْلِ اللهِ والمُستَضْعَفِيْنَ مِنَ الرّجَالِ والنّسَاءِ والْوِلْدَانِ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا أَخْرِجْنَا مِنْ هَذِهِ الْقَرْيَةِ الظَّالِمِ أَهْلُهَا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ وَلِيًّا وَاجْعَل لَّنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ نَصِيرًا]

“And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and [for] the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, "Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper?” [An-Nisa’: 75]

The liberation of Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque, work to restore the sacred land and removing the Jews from it are Shariah obligations on Muslims, even if they claim thousands of martyrs. Therefore, the only solution to remove the occupation is to immediately mobilize the Muslim armies towards it for its liberation.

The rulers and leaders will move the armies based on the requests of NATO, the colonizing kuffar, but will not move them in response to Allah and His Messenger and to liberate Al-Quds and Palestine; Allah said about them:

[لاَّ يَتَّخِذِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُوْنِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَ اللّهِ فِي شَيْءٍ]“Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers. And whoever [of you] does that has nothing with Allah,” [Al-i-Imran: 28]

They are not from Allah in anything because they have taken the disbelieving colonizers as friends and allies and they are the enemies of Allah and His Messenger and the believers, and are not loyal allies of Allah and His Messenger and the believers. So, who will liberate Palestine apart from the Rashid Khaleefah (Rightly Guided Calif) and remove that usurper entity? Al-Quds was opened by a Khaleefah, Omar, may Allah be pleased with him, and was liberated by Salah al-Din, one of the leaders of the Khilafah (Caliphate) and was protected by a Khalifah, Abdul Hamid, who did not surrender a fraction of it. And it will be freed by a Khaleefah and no one else, Allah willing! Thus, the only solution to liberate the land of Isra’ and Mi’raj and to uproot a Jewish entity from its roots is the Khilafah (Caliphate). So, whoever wants to liberate Al-Quds should work for the establishment of the Khilafah.
