A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan, comprised of Imran Yusufzai, the Deputy Spokesman of the Hizb ut Tahrir in Pakistan and Usman Khan, member of Hizb ut Tahrir, visited the Tajikistan Embassy and met the First Secretary. In the meeting the Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan delegation strongly condemned the baseless arrest, inhuman torture and long sentences meted out by the Tajik government.

In the early hours of Thursday 7th April 2011, hundreds of Israeli troops stormed the village of Awarta near the West Bank city of Nablus and arrested over 100 Palestinian women. The raid was conducted under the premise of searching for those responsible for the killing of a Jewish family last month in the nearby settlement of Itamar.
