Hizb ut-Tahrir organized demonstrations in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad to protest against the blasphemous cartoon-competition on Facebook. The demos were held outside press clubs and offices of the media outlets. The protesters were carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans such as: "O Pak Army!
