Devastating War and Dreadful Peace are the Main Heritages of the US in Afghanistan!

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA), in a recent report, described the first six months of 2021 to be the bloodiest months in the past 12 years. The report also highlighted that women, boys and girls were the main victims, making half of these casualties.

The Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah Afghanistan condemns the atrocious bloodshed of innocent Muslims of Afghanistan in the strongest possible terms and perceives the current war to be against all Islamic and humane values through which scores of Muslims have been brutally exterminated by unceasing air-strikes, explosions and confrontational battles, as even the dead bodies have not been buried for days. Indeed, the Islamic Sharia does not allow any Muslim to target other Muslim(s) because Islam considers a droplet of Muslims’ blood to be more precious than the Ka’aba, let alone that how tragically the children, women and young people are being killed through this filthy war, causing hundreds of thousands of people to flee their homes.

Generally, the war in Afghanistan has regional and international dimensions. The US, following its disgraceful defeat and withdrawal from Afghanistan, has positioned this land between two crushing stones: a devastating war and a dreadful peace agenda, which is becoming more and more complicated with each passing day. Although, the US is apparently declaring it a ‘Civil War’ and a problem of the Afghans themselves, the reality is that the current war is the sinister heritage of the US as it wants to turn it into a frightening monster for the region to maintain its regional influence under the umbrella of terror.

We call upon both warring parties to question themselves that what is a greater sin than the bloodshed of your Muslim brothers and sisters?! Do fear from Allah (swt) and ward off the current Fitnah by avoiding the bloodshed of the Muslims, which is a great sin and an unforgivable crime. Instead, we call upon those whose main goal is the restoration of rule of Islam and the eradication of occupation to strongly heap on their focus on wiping out the Western occupation and colonization so that not only the military influence of US and NATO is eliminated but also their intelligence, political, intellectual and economic influence are removed from the face of the Islamic lands. Besides, do not allow the tyrant powers to utilize the blood of the Muslim youth as a firewood and a means of perpetuating their influence because this will burn everyone and everything!

[وَاتَّقُوا فِتْنَةً لَا تُصِیبَنَّ الَّذِینَ ظَلَمُوا مِنْكُمْ خَاصَّةً وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِیدُ الْعِقَابِ]

“And protect yourself against the mischief that will not only bring punishment to the wrong-doers among you (but if the wrongdoers are not stopped, their sin will wipe out everything!) and know well that Allah is severe in punishment.” [Al-Anfal: 25]
