Only Islamic Khilafah Can Bring about a Real Change, Not Colonialist Conferences
(Translated)

The "Senior Officials' Meeting" under the Tokyo Mutual Accountability Framework was held in Kabul early Wednesday, July 3, 2013. Representatives from over 47 countries attended the Meeting to evaluate the commitments made by the Afghan government at last year's Tokyo Conference.

Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Afghanistan Media Office considers this conference from the series of colonial conferences which started from the first conference in Bonn. Such conferences are held by the crusaders, who have been competing one another over the Ummah's resources. And their agent rulers among the Muslims try to prove to their masters that they best implement their agenda upon the Islamic land.

The Mujahid people of Afghanistan know best that this series of conferences have worsened their situation, because through this series of conferences they are encouraged to deepen racial, linguistic and tribal discrimination and prejudice among them. This infamous capitalistic democracy has gotten the poor to drown deeper in poverty, their blood has become gratis for the crusaders, and the Ummah's religious values have been assaulted.

The Afghan people now understand that NATO and the US troops are trying to make the war with the US a war between Muslims in Afghanistan. They want the same war of Fitna they have created in Iraq and Pakistan.
