Recently, the puppet rulers of Afghanistan have started a discussion about making the marriages according to the Islamic principles. Immediately after the Western media started its fallacious campaign of maligning Islam by linking it to Taliban. At the same time the royal Scholars have started supporting the government using its stance on the law concerning marriages.

We are well aware that the government of Afghanistan has neglected implementing Islam in the main areas but has focused on the marriage issue which shows that the government is desperate in getting support of the masses by using false tactics. Isn't the same government asking for making the invasion of the crusaders legal? Isn't the banking system in Afghanistan based on Riba (interest)? Is Islamic segregation between men and women being applied? Isn't the parliament making anti-Islamic laws by making majority as criterion for lawmaking? Isn't the same traitor regime killing our brothers and sisters on daily bases? Isn't the same ruling class taking over the public properties for their own self interests? Aren't these rulers the core reason for all this hypocrisy, theft, bribery, Riba, corruption, poverty and all such problems? Besides, we all know that gradual implementation of Islam is haram as Islam must be implemented at once.

Moreover, it is ironic to see the government talking about a part leaving the whole system unimplemented. There is a hadith of Muhammad (saw) encompassing the current situation and the government backed scholars, in which he (saw) said "soon there will be a time when the imposters will be approved. The liar will be called as truthful and the truthful will be called as liar, and the Rovaibiza will be talking about it, on this Companion asked, who is Rovaibiza? He (saw) said "that stupid person who talks about people's affairs.

Lastly, Islam can only be implemented through its ruling system Khilafah "Caliphate" and not through these corrupt and ruthless rulers and its inherently corrupt system of democracy. Hence we urge the people of Afghanistan to work with Hizb ut-Tahrir for this great obligation, which is working tirelessly for the reestablishment of Khilafah "Caliphate".
