Kafir-Mushrik backed Puppet Government has turned the Country into the Guantanamo of the East

A courageous and talented member of Hizb ut Tahrir named Maksudur Rahman, HR Manager of a hospital in Dhaka, has been abducted by Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) on 10 February (2016). He was forcibly disappeared from a shopping mall and illegally detained by this notorious law-enforcing agency for over a month now, and his whereabouts are kept unknown since then.

It is evident that the government has no confidence of its own system and has resorted to abduction and extrajudicial killing for existence. Arresting for different political views and categorically torturing in unknown dungeons is not justified even in their (pseudo) standard of rule of law. It only proves the hollowness of the secular democratic system.

Hizb ut Tahrir strongly denounces this cowardly kidnapping of its member and demands his immediate release and all the other unlawfully detained members and activists of the party. Insha’Allah very soon, the Ummah will re-establish the rightly guided Khilafah "Caliphate" (caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood which will put to trial each and every person associated with heinous crimes of torturing sincere Muslims for calling people to Islam.
