Response to the Fabrications of the Egyptian Dar al-Ifta
(أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْماً لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ)
“Do they then seek after a judgment of (the Days of) Ignorance? But who, for a people whose faith is assured, can give better judgment than Allah”

Islam has recognized the phenomenon of ijtihad, where al-Mujtahid exerts his effort to deduce the practical jurisprudence rule from its detailed evidence in the Shari’ sources and applies it to the reality of the subject (Manat) of the rule. Obviously, Ijtihad does not occur in Qati’ (definitive) matters, but in Dhanni (speculative) matters, and therefore the Mujtahid receives two rewards if he performed Ijtihad and got it right, and receives one reward if he made a mistake in Ijtihad. Ijtihad is not limited to a person or a party, but is for all those who are capable of Ijtihad.

Therefore, what is odd is the report issued on 12/12/2018 by the so-called "Global Fatwa Index", which is prepared by the Unit of Strategic Studies at the Egyptian Dar al-Ifta (Fatwa House), entitled "Fatwas on the economic transactions in terrorist organizations" (published on Dar Al-Ifta website (http://dar-alifta.org.eg/AR/Viewstatement.aspx?sec=media&ID=6205). If Dar Al-Ifta has contradicted a significant Ijtihad, and presented a different rule based on a more correct and more accurate understanding of the nature of the subject (Manat), or based on significant jurisprudential evidence, it would have been acceptable to have discussion with it. However, when the Egyptian Dar Al-Ifta after searching for about 90 hours with specialists and experts, comes out with a fatwa declaring bitcoin Haram and then cite the same fatwa issued by the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent scholar, Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah, may Allah protect him, and criticizes the Hizb for prohibiting bitcoin, “Among the things that Hizb ut Tahir prohibits is “Bitcoin” in accordance with the fatwa by its Ameer which includes: “Bitcoin is not money; it is not considered as a currency in the Islamic Shariah, as it is clear the prohibition of Gharar transaction or the unknown (majhool) product, so it is not permitted to buy or sell it.”” So, we don't understand what's the matter here?! and what is the objection of the Egyptian Dar Al-Ifta!!!

But after looking at the reality of this "Global Fatwa Index" and who is behind it, we find that it is no more than one of the tools of the Egypt's Dar Al-Ifta, which vowed itself to fend off the path of Allah and defend the criminal regime in Egypt, which America, the head of disbelief and the Pharaoh of this era, enabled it over the country and the necks of the people, tossing at the wall its sacred idol named "Democracy" that fights Allah and His messenger by making legislation for the people, i.e. making Halal (permitting) or Haram (prohibiting), rather than for the Lord of the People, and America calls for this idol and praise the elections under it. However, when the Egyptian people chose via "democratic" elections, Dr. Mohamed Morsi as their ruler, America did not support the continuation of his rule, but decided to impose its servant Sisi to govern the people by oppression, tyranny and the Pharaonic logic. It (the Global Fatwa Index) is nothing but the façade behind which America is hiding in order to control the destiny of the country and the people in the land of Kinanah.

Yes, it is Sisi himself who has repeatedly stated that Al-Azhar’s scholars should carry out a religious revolution, not to liberate the country from the abomination of America and to lead the brave soldiers of Kinanah to liberate the Holy Al-Aqsa, the Muslim’s first Qibla and the Masra (place of Israa) of their Honorable Prophet from the abomination of the Jews, but to confront the "extremist Islam" by their corrupt claim.

(وَإِنَّ مِنْهُمْ لَفَرِيقاً يَلْوُونَ أَلْسِنَتَهُم بِالْكِتَابِ لِتَحْسَبُوهُ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَمَا هُوَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَيَقُولُونَ هُوَ مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ وَمَا هُوَ مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ وَيَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ)

“And indeed, there is among them a party who alter the Scripture with their tongues so you may think it is from the Scripture, but it is not from the Scripture. And they say, "This is from Allah," but it is not from Allah. And they speak untruth about Allah while they know.” [Al-i-Imran: 78].

According to the index report: "As monitored by the Global Fatwa Index, the party has adopted at a rate of 100% the condemnation of the existing governments and their economies in the form of analyzes issued by the Ameer of the party, most notably his comment on the investment situation in Sudan, saying: “It is not the goal of colonial capitalist companies to solve the problem of unemployment or the employment of local workers. The fundamental solution to the problems of the economy is the establishment of a state based on Islam.” Thus, in the religion of the new American pharaoh, to criticize the puppet governments of the Pharaoh of this age and to demand the establishment of a state based on Islam are a great disgrace, whereas, to insult the Divine entity and to call for disrupting the application of Quran publicly are to them the freedom of opinion guaranteed by their religion, may Allah destroy them; how are they deluded!

And this certainly explains the boldness of these lairs who cited the figures provided by the American intelligence on the victims of the alleged “terrorist” attacks in Afghanistan and Syria, while Muslim victims who were killed in hundreds of thousands as a result of American criminality, whether directly at the hands of the Americans in Afghanistan or by their agent the bloody butcher of Damascus Bashar in Syria, or by their agent al-Maliki in Iraq, or by Sisi in Egypt Kanana ... all of whom the "Global Fatwa Index" have never heard of them or perhaps it heard of them but was ashamed to bless their killing!

It is no wonder that these Pharaoh's magicians recognized the call of Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) state on the method of the Prophethood to apply Allah’s law, not the low of America and the Kafir West. No wonder that they considered it parting of America’s religion and the slavery it imposed on the people of the Islamic religion. This Ummah, that has been honored by Allah Almighty as the best nation raised for the mankind, enjoining what is good (al-Ma'roof) and forbidding what is evil (al-Munkar). The first Ma'roof is to invite people to worship the One and Only and to declare His absolute Oneness by submitting to His orders and prohibitions, and the first evil is to submit to the rule of Kufr (at-Taghut) whatever it is and whatever its names.

(أَفَغَيْرَ دِينِ اللَّهِ يَبْغُونَ وَلَهُ أَسْلَمَ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ طَوْعاً وَكَرْهاً وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَ)

“So, is it other than the religion of Allah they desire, while to Him have submitted [all] those within the heavens and earth, willingly or by compulsion, and to Him they will be returned?” [Al-i-Imran: 83].

We conclude by saying to America’s magicians that Allah is certainly fulfilling His promise of the Truth:

(يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِئُوا نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَافِرُونَ هُوَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُ بِالْهُدَى وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ)

“They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah refuses except to perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it. *It is He Who has sent His Messenger -Muhammad (saw)- with guidance and the religion of truth (Islam), to make it superior over all religions even though the Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah) hate (it)” [At-Tawbah 32-33]
