Announcement of the New Month Welcoming the Arrival of Ramadan Al-Mubarak
(Translated)

(شَهْرُ رَمَضَانَ الَّذِيَ أُنزِلَ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ هُدًى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَاتٍ مِّنَ الْهُدَى وَالْفُرْقَانِ فَمَن شَهِدَ مِنكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ وَمَن كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِّنْ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ يُرِيدُ اللّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلاَ يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ وَلِتُكْمِلُواْ الْعِدَّةَ وَلِتُكَبِّرُواْ اللّهَ عَلَى مَا هَدَاكُمْ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ)

"The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the new moon of] the month, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days. Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful." [2: 185]

Alhamdulillah wa Salat wasallam ala Rasool Allah wa ala Aalihi wa Sabhihi and those who followed his footsteps, making the Islamic Aqeedah the foundation for their thoughts and the Hukm Shar'ii the measure and source for their actions. Bukhari narrated in his Sahih on the narration of Muhammad bin Zaid that he heard  Abu Hurayra (ra) narrate that the Prophet (saw) said, "صوموا لِرُؤيتِهِ وأَفْطِرُوا لرؤيتِهِ فإنْ غُـبِّيَ عليكم فأَكْمِلُوا عِدَّةَ شعبانَ ثلاثين" "Start fasting on seeing the crescent (of Ramadan), and give up fasting on seeing the crescent (of Shawwal), and if the sky is overcast (and you cannot see it), complete thirty days of Sha'ban."

After the sighting of the moon's crescent for Ramadan on Thursday evening, it confirmed the sighting of the moon in the Sharii' manner in some Muslim countries. Therefore Friday will be the first day of the month of Ramadan Mubarak. On this occasion, the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the great scholar, Ata bin Khalil Abu Rashta (may Allah (swt) protect him) congratulates the Muslim Ummah welcoming the month of Ramadan Mubarak, asking Allah (swt) to provide the glorious victory for this beloved Ummah.  Islam will be implemented the way Allah (swt) commanded; carried to the world through Dawah and Jihad liberating humanity  from Kufr oppression to the light of Islam.  The Ameer asks Allah the Mighty that the Khaleefah himself delivers the welcoming speech in the upcoming Ramadan which will make the faithful believers rejoice at the victory from Allah (swt),

(وَنُرِيدُ أَنْ نَمُنَّ عَلَى الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا فِي الأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةً وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ الْوَارِثِينَ)

"And We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land, and to make them the Imams, and to make them the heirs." [28: 5]

I am pleased to convey the greetings from the Head of the Central Information Office of Hizb ut Tahrir, to all those who work for the Ameer of the Hizb, the scholar Ata bin Khalil Abu Rashta, and to all the Muslims in this holy month. We ask Allah swt to provide taqwa during the month of forgiveness and blessings; as we also ask Allah (swt) to convey Laylat Al-Qadr and shower us with its goodness.

Oh Allah, Lord of the Heavens and Earth, honor us with the Bayah of the Khaleefah of the Muslims in the second Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashida; Oh Allah, Ameen, Ameen, Ameen.  Wasalamu Alakum wa Rahmitu Allah wa Barakat.
