Announcement of the Conclusion of Ramadan and Congratulations on the Blessed Eid ul-Fitr
(Translated)

Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar... La illaha illa Allah ... Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar... Walhamdulillah...

All praise is for Allah, and peace and blessing on Allah's Messenger and on his family and companions and supporters, and on those that followed him and followed in his steps, and therefore made the Islamic Aqeedah the foundation of their belief and the Ahkam Shariah the measure of their actions and the source of their legislation.

On the authority of Sahih Bukhari on the narration of Muhamad bin Ziyad that he heard Abu Hurayrah (ra) narrate that the Prophet (saw) said,

"صوموا لِرُؤيتِهِ وأَفْطِرُوا لرؤيتِهِ فإنْ غُـبِّيَ عليكم فأَكْمِلُوا عِدَّةَ شعبانَ ثلاثين"

"Do not fast till you see the new moon, and do not break fast till you see it; but if the weather is cloudy complete it (thirty days)."

After investigating the sighting for the crescent of Shawwal this Saturday evening, the sighting of the crescent has not been proven in an Islamic manner, and therefore tomorrow, Saturday, 18 August 2012, will be the final day of the blessed month of Ramadan.

On this occasion the Amir of Hizb ut Tahrir, the Scholar Atta bin Khalil Abu Rashta, may Allah protect him, congratulates the Islamic Ummah on Eid.

And he asks Allah Almighty that He bless us with the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" that will implement Allah's legislation on Earth; and carry Islam, a message of guidance and light, to the world; a State of justice which will liberate the world and deal fairly with the worshippers; the State of Jihad by way of which the conquests will be continuous, so the people will say Allahu Akbar on their Eid, and in their conquests. Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar, La illaha illa Allah, Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar; wa Alhamdulilah...

Accordingly, I relate the congratulations of the Director of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir, and of all the workers under the Amir of Hizb ut-Tahrir, and all of the Muslims on the blessed Eid ul-Fitr.

 Oh Muslims everywhere...

I ask Allah Almighty that He accept our fasting and night prayers; kneeling and prostration, and all our actions. Likewise, I ask that the next Eid, the Islamic Ummah will be honoured us with a just, righteous Khaleefah; who will elevate our piety and that we will fight behind... and will lead the Ummah with Allah's book and the Sunnah of his Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him and his family... and that is not difficult for Allah.

And on this occasion I would like to direct a message to our family and brothers, the rebel Mujahideen of ash-Sham, the abode of Dar al Islam, I say to them that this Eid will pass and bring with it the good tidings of the downfall of the Tyrant of ash-Sham, after  being severely injured as a result of the Mujahideen's strikes, prompting many who have an atom of fidelity or loyalty to evacuate from around him after they have realized that his end is impeding; so they tried to rescue themselves and families from the regime's capsizing ship.

With this and the approaching victory of the revolution in our beloved Sham, it is necessary to be aware of the schemes of the West and its agents. America, that gave Assad's gang extension after extension to bathe in the blood of our family and sons in ash-Sham, was quick to ride the wave of the revolution by putting forth opportunistic politicians, whom they describe as leaders, commanders and representatives of the revolution, and commit to deals with them to ensure that they serve American interests in Syria and in the region; as it did in Egypt when it claimed that the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces was the trustee in guarding the achievements of the revolution in Egypt...

Therefore, beware of every attempt to abort your uprising, or steer it off the course that makes the Lord of the Earth and Heavens pleased with you. Victory is only the patience of an hour away, so do not waste your Jihad by settling for half-solutions like the Yemeni or Egyptian model. For our joy will not be complete without the resumption of the Islamic way of life in all areas; political, economic, social, educational; and all aspects of life, which  will only achieved with the establishment of the second Khilafah "Caliphate" ar-Rashiddah following the method of the Prophethood.

And in order for the joy to be complete, it is necessary to irrevocably wipe the Western Imperial presence from the Muslim lands. And in order for the joy to be complete, it is necessary to liberate al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestine from Jewish desecration, and purify Jerusalem from their impurity.

Eid ul-Fitr is a merit and gift from Almighty Allah upon the Muslims, and the greater Eid is with the realization of Allah's (swt) promise, and the glad tidings of his Messenger (saw) of victory and empowerment, and the building of the State that governs by His Shariah; the State of the Khilafah "Caliphate" ar-Rashidah.

So Hizb ut Tahrir calls you to the work to achieve this for the greater Eid. Let the finale of your Eid be in your compliance with Almighty Allah's order for the working with the sincere workers to dignify this Deen, and to empower it so that we can jointly say "Allahu Akbar" on the day of the clear victory as obedient, thankful, and repentant victors.

 Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar ... There is no God but Allah

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar ... Alhamdulillah

Allahu Akbar Kabeerah, wa Alhamdulillah Katheerah,

wa Subhanallah bikratah wa Aseelah...

La illaha illa Allah ... He is sincere in his promise...

He gave His worshipper victory..

And He alone gave dignity to His soldiers and defeated the Ahzab

La illaha illa Allah ... We do not worship except Him..

We are Loyal to Him in our Deen, even though the Unbelievers may detest it.

Eid Mubarak and May Allah accept from us and you our worship,
