Dubai Police Chief Gives Tidings of the Khilafah in the Land of the Two Holy Mosques
(Translated)

The statement of Dubai Police Chief Dahi Khalfan regarding the Khilafah "Caliphate" has sparked much controversy and debate, and this statement was in an episode recorded by Rotana channel prior to month of Ramadan, was aired on Saturday, July 13, 2013, and in this statement he said the following: "If the Righteous Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" is to be established, it must be launched from the land of the two Holy Mosques - Saudi Arabia - just as it had started, it will return from here once more"... And we in The Central Media Office of Hizb ut Tahrir would like to clarify the following:

Yes, the Khilafah "Caliphate" is coming, Allah willing, and its rule will reach what the night and day, the lands of the two Holy Mosques and al-Quds and other lands of the world will be under the rule of the Khilafah "Caliphate" soon, Insha'Allah... Indeed, for the Islamic Khilafah "Caliphate" is coming as Allah Almighty promised as He does not break his promises, when He said:

(وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا)

"Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient." And the glad tidings of his Holy Prophet peace be upon him, when he said: "

تكون النبوة فيكم ما شاء الله أن تكون ثم يرفعها إذا شاء أن يرفعها ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة فتكون ما شاء الله أن تكون ثم يرفعها إذا شاء الله أن يرفعها ثم تكون ملكا عاضّاً فيكون ما شاء الله أن يكون ثم يرفعها إذا شاء أن يرفعها ثم تكون ملكا جبرية فتكون ما شاء الله أن تكون ثم يرفعها إذا شاء أن يرفعها ثم تكون خلافة على منهاج النبوة ثم سكت"

"There will be Prophethood for as long as Allah wills it to be, then He will remove it when He wills, then there will be Khilafah "Caliphate" on the Prophetic method and it will be for as long as Allah wills, then He will remove it when He wills, then there will be biting Kingship for as long as Allah Wills, then He will remove it when He wills, then there will be oppressive kingship for as long as Allah wills, then he will remove it when He wills, and then there will be Khilafah "Caliphate" upon the Prophetic method" and then he remained silent.

However no one can predict where it will start and be based, if it is in the land of the two Holy Mosques then so be it, and if it is in the land of al-Sham then so be it, and if Allah decreed that it be in another place then praise be to Allah, we submit the issue to Allah Almighty, and give tidings of it wherever it is, for it is the Khair and will bring the Khair.

However the Khilafah "Caliphate" needs men to work for its establishment, and the people of power to support those who call for it, and this is our message:

1.  We say to the sons of our Islamic Ummah: Rise up to support Allah's Deen and to work to establish the Khilafah "Caliphate" with the upmost strength and speed, and if you don't, then know that you will stand between Allah's hands who will ask you of that. So how will you answer?

2.  And to every person of power and rank we say: Support Allah's Deen so you will be honored in this life and the Hereafter... or else you will have warred against Allah and made yourselves a barrier to prevent the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate", and you will not stop Allah from doing anything, and Allah has destroyed those who were greater than you in strength and number!!

O Muslims: The issue of the Khilafah "Caliphate" has become as clear as the sun at high noon, no one can conceal its importance, or deny the obligation to work for it, or doubt the tidings of its fulfillment, indeed it has become the demand of everyone, and the discourse of the public and private, and people of the good and bad give its tidings... we in Hizb ut Tahrir call you to work with us hand in hand to save the Ummah from the clutches of ignorance and loss, agency, humiliation and obedience to the West and the East, so it will come and the Islamic Ummah will return as the best nation raised from mankind... We in Hizb ut Tahrir pledged to Allah not to tire or relent until the Khilafah "Caliphate" is established, Inshallah.

The Hizb stayed up late at night, and sacrificed the best pious believing members, and confronted the criminal tyrant rulers of the Muslims for the sake of establishing the Khilafah "Caliphate" and gathered Muslims to work and support its establishment, and the results of all of these sacrifices appear brilliant and radiant, and gives tidings of the imminence of the breaking dawn of the Khilafah "Caliphate" by Allah's Will. So be with Hizb ut Tahrir to succeed in this life and the pleasure of Allah is even greater than that.
