The Rulers of the Arabs and the Muslims are the Ruwaibadah Insignificant Ones.

They Know of their Own Insignificance and Act Accordingly

The absence of the rulers of the Arabs and the Muslims, along with their mighty armies of the Muslims, from the crimes committed by Jews and alongside them, America, in the Blessed Land of Palestine is what has emboldened the Jewish state to intensify its killings and warfare. The Jewish entity is secure in the knowledge that the rulers of the Ummah and their armies not only remain passive and inactive, but have moved beyond mere inaction to align themselves with America and its Jewish protégé, actively working to protect the borders of the Jewish entity. This is done out of fear of any reaction from any pious person concerned about their Deen and honor from the surrounding states, and states across the Muslim lands. The rulers also support the Jewish state with essential supplies, as has been done, and is still being done, by King Abdullah II in Jordan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Turkey, and Egypt. The rulers are providing the Jewish state with essential materials for the war industry, as Turkey does, and supplying it with fuel, as Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Saudi Arabia’s Aramco do. Meanwhile, the people of the Blessed Land, including the people of Gaza, are deprived of all essential and necessary materials for survival and resistance.

Most rulers of the Arabs and the Muslims ignore the crimes and massacres occurring in Gaza, distracting people from them, and keeping them occupied with the issues of daily living, either by making their daily lives difficult, or by distracting them with parliamentary or governmental elections that yield nothing but colonialist agents in positions of power. They also keep their armies busy with useless, administrative tasks that divert them from their obligation to support Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa and its sacred precincts. If you hear one of these rulers denouncing or complaining about the actions of the Jewish state, it is merely to create an illusion. The best of them will appeal to the International Community to pressure the monstrous Jewish state to stop committing further massacres. Such appeals not only confirm their bias towards, and support for, the Jews, but also highlight the reality that they are Ruwaibadah insignificant rulers, who are oblivious to the military and political power of their peoples, and unable to influence either the United States, or the Jewish state, in any way, to stop their massacres.

What is truly heartbreaking is to hear some independent, or semi-official organizations, echoing these appeals to the international community, like Al-Azhar Al-Sharif’s demand that “the governments of the world take serious actions against the statements of the occupying minister regarding his support for establishing a Jewish temple in Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa.” They know that the Ummah has latent capabilities that could wipe out the Jewish entity in a single strike! However, these calls are intended to instill a spirit of helplessness, defeat, and humiliation in the Ummah and to reinforce the division of the Ummah into states and entities that do not unify in times of adversity and calamity, solidifying the concept of the nation-state, and separating each tribe from its brother, and sanctifying the borders of Sykes-Picot. What is even more painful is the exclusion of the armies of Muslims from this painful scene that shames every soldier in the Ummah, through the neglect by the military leadership of their duty to support their people and liberate the Blessed Land of Palestine, following the example of Saladin Al-Ayyubi. The military chiefs of staff in Muslim lands have become nothing more than border guards for the Jews, or the Ruwaibadah insignificant rulers of the Arabs and Muslims, or contractors and owners of capitalist companies and real estate, and so on. They are far removed from the character of the mujahid soldier in Islam, and closer to being like Haman, to the Pharaoh.

In this unfortunate reality, of the insignificant rulers of the Arabs and Muslims, and the leaders of Muslim armies, who are no less corrupt and trivial than their rulers, the duty of supporting Islam, Muslims, and their causes falls upon the shoulders of the sincere in the Ummah, in the path of pious ulema like Al-Izz bin Abdul Salam. The sincere must lead the Ummah toward absolving itself of these rulers who sell themselves in the markets of servitude and betrayal. The sincere must lead the Ummah toward independence from the West, through the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood. The sincere must not be like the government clerics, who serve as mouthpieces to justify the actions of the Ruwaibadah insignificant rulers, and market their cowardice and betrayal. The duty also falls upon the shoulders of the sincere officers in the armies of the Muslims to cleanse their armies of the cowardly infiltrators in their leadership and to give their Nussrah support to Hizb ut Tahrir, in order establish the Khilafah (Calipate) that the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave glad tidings of in the hadith, «ثُمَّ تَكُونُ خِلَافَةٌ عَلَى مِنْهَاجِ نُبُوَّةٍ» “... then there will be a Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood.” And then he (saw) was silent.
