America and Canada are Calling for the Cancellation of the Khilafah (Caliphate) Conference
(Translated)

The people of falsehood, who support and advocate the killing of men, children and women and the demolition of houses on the heads of their inhabitants, in the Blessed Land of Palestine, can neither tolerate a speech which denounces their crimes, nor tolerate a gathering where the truth is proclaimed. The secular capitalists are those who colonialized the wealthy peoples with their wealth. They impoverished those lands and enslaved the people. They turned the world into banana plantations, from which they seize what they please, and lands burdened by their leaders, and weak regarding military power. They have not spared even their own people, who were burdened with taxes, and enslaved by giant multinational companies, such that the people can no longer afford more than to meet their basic needs, despite the enormous and countless funds deposited in banks! Moreover, with the aim of dismantling the social fabric within them, they have been corrupting Western societies, by adopting corruption campaigns, implementing deviant laws such as homosexuality laws, spreading vice and homosexuality, protecting it and punishing anyone who resists it, turning society into a herd of hedonists, who cannot denounce the corruption of these capitalists. To ensure the survival of enslavement, colonialism and the corruption of the global international and social order, various Western institutions and governments worked to pursue, counter and combat all those who carry the civilized alternative to Western civilization, and all those who hold on to the principles of justice, truth and fair-dealing. The orientation of their policy in pursuing the carriers of Dawah for the Khilafah is the orientation of the people of Lut (as) who said,

[أَخْرِجُوا آلَ لُوطٍ مِنْ قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ]

“Expel the disciples of Lut from your land! They are a people who wish to remain chaste!” [TMQ Surah an-Naml 27:56].

Within this context, under the title, “The Khilafah: Eliminating the Obstacles That Are Delaying Its Return,” the annual Khilafah conference was supposed to be held on 18 January 2025 in the city of Mississauga, adjacent to Toronto, Canada. However, the Canadian government, in cooperation with America, trampled on its laws and ideals that it has long made fanfare about, such as the Act for the Preservation and Enhancement of Multiculturalism in Canada (Bill C-93) of 1988, as well as the values of freedom and freedom of opinion. In addition to the inciting of the various centers and places where such activities are held, to refuse the honoring of any booking by those in charge of the conference, this campaign included the issuing of a joint statement by David J. McGinty, Minister of Public Security of Canada, and Mrs. Rachel Bendayan, Associate Minister of Public Safety, which included many fallacies, lies and fraud, to justify their incitement practices against Hizb ut Tahrir, to prevent the convening of the conference, including the statement, “Reports of the upcoming Hizb ut Tahrir (HuT) conference, scheduled for January 18, 2025 in Hamilton, Ontario are deeply concerning. Hizb ut Tahrir has a documented history of glorifying violence and promoting antisemitism and extremist ideology. Its celebration of attacks on innocent civilians, including October 7th, and its support for banned terrorist groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah are entirely contrary to Canadian values of peace, inclusion, and respect for diversity. We unequivocally condemn their activities and the holding of such a conference — and call on the organizers to cancel their booking… Further, we can confirm that our security and intelligence agencies are currently assessing Hizb ut Tahrir (sic) for listing as a terrorist entity under Canadian law.”

Elon Musk, the owner of the famous Tesla company, and chosen by US President-elect Donald Trump to lead a new department in his next administration called the Department of Government Efficiency - DOGE, retweeted a tweet which denounced the conference, saying, “Islamists are holding a conference on January 18 in Mississauga, Canada, on how to defeat all non-Muslim nations and create a global caliphate. The organization behind the event (Hizb ut Tahrir) is classified as a terror group on many countries.” In addition, “Israel Now” published the following comment, “The Hizb ut Tahrir Islamic conference has been moved from Mississauga to Hamilton, and Israel Now will work to identify and close this conference, which is considered a declaration of war against Western civilization.”

Thus, Canada, along with America and the Jewish state, mobilized against a conference to be held in a community of no more than a small fraction of the Islamic Ummah’s total strength, which exceeds two billion. This confrontation, and capitulation by the owners of conference centers, carries a clear indication, which is their awareness of the reality of their crimes against humanity, and the failure of their civilization, which has tormented peoples and annihilated them. They are in a fragile state, in which they cannot allow anyone to expose their criminal policies and secular beliefs. Certainly, the great Islam is the noble civilizational alternative that can bring humanity out of its misery to happiness. Therefore, these mischievous people had no choice but to prevent the holding of this blessed conference, even if it was by following the policies of their slaves among the rulers of the Arabs and the Muslims. Those slavish rulers have been lying, deceitful, and making up false accusations and charges, using various methods of threats, intimidation and oppression, and opening prisons and slaughterhouses for anyone who carries a civilizational alternative, that will overthrow their thrones, take back from them what they have usurped from the peoples, hold them accountable for their injustice and crimes, and restore the right to all humanity.

Despite the cancellation of the conference, the message reached its target, as the styles of Dawah are no longer limited to live meetings in public places, as the Dawah carriers amongst the Shabab (members) of Hizb ut Tahrir live among the people naturally, and carry the Dawah to the people appropriately. Moreover, the virtual life we live has become a platform that every carrier of Dawah can take to deliver his message to its people through it, and even more, Allah (swt) has harnessed His enemy, Elon Musk, to raise the issue, as tens of millions of people follow him, unaware that he is worked for the Ummah and not against it. Thus Elon Musk confirmed the Words of Allah (swt),

[إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ لِيَصُدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَسَيُنْفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ حَسْرَةً ثُمَّ يُغْلَبُونَ وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ يُحْشَرُونَ]

“Surely the disbelievers spend their wealth to hinder others from the Path of Allah. They will continue to spend to the point of regret. Then they will be defeated and the disbelievers will be driven into Hell.” [TMQ Surah Al-Anfal 8:36].

We are fully confident that the word of Truth is manifest and victorious, sooner or later, and the issue for us is to carry out our Shariah obligation to carry the risaalah (message) to all humanity, working to establish the state of the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood in lands of Muslims. We are all assured that Allah (swt) will support us and his Deen even if those who associate partners with Allah (swt) detest that.  Allah (swt) said,

[إِنَّا لَنَنْصُرُ رُسُلَنَا وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَيَوْمَ يَقُومُ الْأَشْهَادُ]

“We certainly help Our messengers and the believers, both in this worldly life and on the Day the witnesses will stand forth for testimony” [TMQ Surah Ghafir 40:51].
