Rahmoun’s Criminal System Toughens Sentences against Hizb ut Tahrir Members:
16 Years Imprisonment Sentence Followed by another Oppressive 23 Years

Several days ago the District Court of Wahdat province in Tajikistan and in secretive surroundings, sentenced 12 members of Hizb ut Tahrir who were already sentenced and imprisoned, with additional unjust prison sentences spanning from 16-23 years, according to Article 189: Section 2 and Article 307: Section 1, and they are:

1- Khurshid Ahararef
2- Talib Akilov
3- Abdul Wali Halmirzov
4- Ali Jon Dadaboave
5- Mirage-Addin Qadeerv
6- Ibrahim Beck Mahmoudov
7- Sabir Abdul Alhamidov
8- Qaiym-Addin Safaraf
9- Abdul Khaliq Bezarf
10- Ahmad Jon Artkov
11- Abdul Sattar Mahmoudov
12- Abdul Salah Babokhonf

They were all sentenced for a period ranging from 10-16 years; they spent most of it in Kirpichnaya Prison Number 2/3 of the cursed tyrant of Tajikistan, the cursed enemy of Allah and his Messenger, Rahmoun, and a second sentence was issued against them while they were in the darkness of the prison.

The reason for their second sentencing as claimed by the spiteful regime, is due to the prisoners’ violation of the laws and regulations and finding in their possession banned materials including: 7 cellular phones, 41 SIM cards, 11 telephone headsets, 28 memory cards, 6 USB, and more importantly, these materials were used to call people to Allah and the invitation to resume the Islamic way of life within the prison, the Chief of Detectives in the area, Shawqiddin Numanov asked the judge to give maximum penalties to those loyal to Allah, the God fearing and righteous, may Allah destroy him and his masters.

The regime of Tajikistan is petrified from Hizb ut Tahrir with its thoughts and strength and resilience of its members, they fear their release, and this and other cases serve as evidence to this.

The increase of criminality and brutality against Islam and its advocates is evidence to the approaching of the dawn of Islam anew. We ask Allah for the patience and release for our courageous brothers, the Dawah carriers, languishing in the jails of tyrants, those are the vanguard of the Islamic Ummah in goodness, adhering to the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of his Messenger (saw), they are our role models and living example for us. They carry out actions deserving of recognition and following, which are actions loved by Allah and His Messenger, so glad-tidings for they are blessed with Allah's love for them and their treading on the path of the Prophets.

((مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا عَاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ ۖ فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ قَضَىٰ نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَنْتَظِرُ ۖ وَمَا بَدَّلُوا تَبْدِيلًا))

“Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance]. And they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration” [Al-Ahzab: 23]
