Will the Muslim Ummah Allow the Jews to Carry Out Their Plan of Annexation and Displacement Without Declaring a General Mobilization?!

The Jewish army continues to besiege the city of al-Khalil (Hebron) and close its entrances, as part of a wide-ranging military operation that it began on Friday, 23/10/2026. The operation has included the displacement of residents and the demolition of structures. This comes alongside the expansion of restrictions and crimes throughout the entire West Bank. The operation in Hebron has been concentrated in the neighborhoods of Deir Bahha and al-Jalda, over an area of approximately 330 dunams, containing more than 495 residential units. The army forced people to leave their homes without specifying a date for their return. In an update on the latest developments in the city up to noon on Sunday, 25/10/2026, the Hebron Municipality stated that 379 families had been forcibly displaced, of whom 154 families had become homeless and had no safe place to stay. The number of displaced people reached 2,456 individuals, including 171 infants, 27 people with disabilities, and 159 people with chronic illnesses. The operation also included the demolition of five commercial and industrial structures and a three-story residential building, in addition to the closure of the Ibrahimi Mosque and the prevention of prayers and the raising of the Adhan there, alongside the deployment of the army and its military vehicles throughout the city.

The criminal entity of the Jews does not need a pretext to commit its crimes against the people of the blessed land. The statements of its leaders have become public regarding plans to annex and displace people from the West Bank, just as it did in Gaza. It has already begun implementing this plan in the northern camps: Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams. And now it openly declares that it seeks to apply what it has called the “Jenin Model” in Hebron.

This criminal entity pursues a policy of collective punishment against the people of the Blessed Land, using any event or operation that occurs as a pretext. It closes cities and villages with the gates it has installed at their entrances, cuts off areas from one another with checkpoints and gates, and turns people into prisoners in a large prison. It bulldozes roads and destroys infrastructure, and begins searching homes and tampering with their contents, amid reports of the seizure of money, gold jewellery, and personal belongings during searches. In many areas, it does not suffice to search homes; rather, it evacuates them of their residents, as is happening in Hebron today. Under such security and humanitarian conditions, families find it difficult to obtain food supplies and medicine, and face difficulty reaching hospitals and medical centers, amid the siege. This is alongside the loss of shelter and property, the continued restrictions imposed on movement and access to homes and lands, arrests, and demolitions, and fears that the scope of displacement will expand.

This criminal entity seeks, through its military operations, restrictions, confiscation of land, and demolition of homes and property on the one hand, and by giving free rein to its settler gangs and protecting them in their crimes on the other hand. These settler gangs burn and destroy property, assault people by beating and shooting at them, uproot trees and crops, seize land and establish settlements on it or construct settlement roads. The entity seeks to force people into forced migration outside Palestine, amid talk of plans to displace them to Jordan or to tents in the desert and the Jordan Valley, in its eagerness to achieve its biblical plans and dreams of establishing “Greater Israel.”

Has the time not come for the Muslim Ummah to shake off the dust of weakness and abandonment, trample the criminal rulers, and march forward, proclaiming “la ilaha illa Allah” and “Allahu Akbar”, to liberate the Blessed Land and support its people?!

Will the Muslim Ummah, especially its armies, allow the Jews to carry out their plan of annexation and displacement without declaring a general mobilization?!

O Muslim Ummah: Hasten to Jihad to attain the pleasure of Allah and success in both worlds.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ انْفِرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ اثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ أَرَضِيتُمْ بِالْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْآخِرَةِ فَمَا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ]

“O you who have believed, what is the matter with you that, when you are told, ‘Go forth in the cause of Allah,’ you cling heavily to the earth? Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But the enjoyment of the worldly life, compared to the Hereafter, is only a little.” [Surah At-Tawbah:38].
