THE ZIONIST CRIMINAL STATE ONCE AGAIN FLEXES ITS MILITARY

In the early hours of Thursday 7^th April 2011, hundreds of Israeli troops stormed the village of Awarta near the West Bank city of Nablus and arrested over 100 Palestinian women. The raid was conducted under the premise of searching for those responsible for the killing of a Jewish family last month in the nearby settlement of Itamar. Over the last 4 weeks, the Zionist criminal state has been conducting frequent raids on the village and house to house searches arresting dozens of Palestinian Muslims. Hasan Awad, Awarta's deputy mayor said last week that the Israeli army had arrested 300 men and boys in the village.

 Since 1967, over 10,000 female Palestinian political prisoners have been incarcerated by this cowardly racist state. Dozens continue to be imprisoned, many detained without charge, held in the most deplorable of conditions, and subjected to systematic humiliation and different types of threatening and brutal physical and psychological torture ... They are often held in solitary confinement and deprived of family visits. This March, Fabrizia Falcione, project manager for the Women Human Rights Unit at UN WOMEN described female Palestinian prisoners detained in Israel as being housed in squalid cells infested with insects, cockroaches and rodents and with over-flowing sewage. They are often denied legal representation and medical care as well as being shackled during childbirth.

 Dr. Nazreen Nawaz, Central Media Representative, Hizb ut-Tahrir commented, "This criminal merciless Zionist state has once again displayed its deeply entrenched belief in its right to abduct at will and subject innocent Palestinians to systematic persecution with impunity. This is a state that has demonstrated repeatedly its total disregard for justice, human life, human dignity, or any form of human decency. Its existence continues to be a festering wound in the side of this Muslim Ummah and a major obstacle to peace in the region."

It is the Khilafah "Caliphate" state alone, implementing the laws of Allah(swt) that will return dignity to the mothers and daughters of this Ummah, remove the state of fear in which Muslims have lived in for so long and establish security in the Muslim lands.
