Unjust Death Penalty and Reckless Murder will not Stabilize your Regime
And will not Prevent the People from Revolting against your Injustice

Al-Araby Al-Jadeed website reported the announcement on Wednesday, 20 February 2019, by the Prisons Sector in the Egyptian Ministry of Interior, the carrying out of the executions sentenced by the Court of Cassation, and upheld by the Grand Mufti, on nine people accused of the assassination of the public prosecutor, Advisor Hisham Barakat, and handing the bodies to the morgue. The executions were carried out in the appeals prison in the presence of a prosecutor, a cleric, a forensic doctor. Late on Tuesday evening, Amnesty International issued a statement demanding the Egyptian authorities to halt the execution of the nine youths after the organization learned of their transfer from their prison cells to the appeals court in preparation for their executions, and it indicated that the young men were forcibly disappeared and tortured to confessing to the crime which took place on 29 June 2015.

A new massacre by the regime and another crime added to its ongoing crimes against the oppressed people of Egypt; in just less than a month 18 sons of Egypt have been executed, the last of whom were these nine youths who they or others were not proven with certainty to be involved in those crimes despite their confessions, which everyone knows how they are taken in the corridors of the security services, in a case where there is no single incriminating evidence. This was expressed by the young man Mahmoud Ahmadi in a video published by Al-Rasd network and others on the internet, in which he told the judge literally: “I am your adversary before Allah on the Day of Judgment, me and those with me are aggrieved and you know that very well!” The judge replied, “But you, Mahmoud, have confessed.” Mahmoud replied:“Give me an electrocution tool and I'll make you admit you killed Sadat! We have been electrocuted so much we could power Egypt for 20 years!”, and he told the judge there was a police officer in the courtroom who tortured them. This alone would have been sufficient for the judge to suspend and halt the execution, with the lack of certain evidence to substantiate the case. This indicates that these sentences are dictated to these judges and that it is only a message to the people of Egypt that there is no guarantee for you and no protection in front of the bullets of the army and the police and the gallows of judges who harvest every soul thinking of objecting what the regime decides, as if it tells them riotous that there is no hope before you but to surrender and submit to what the regime and its masters in the White House want! It says so after Pompey's speech and his direct support for the bloody regime in the heart of Cairo. And after Sisi’s speech in Munich, in which he asserted that what he is doing in Egypt is a war against "Islamic terrorism", and after he called on Western leaders to watch the mosques there after he destroyed and burned them here in Egypt.

What this regime and its head does, specifically now, is muzzling the mouths of those objecting to its amendments to the constitution that keep it in power for life, and spreading terror in the hearts of the people and killing the spirit of rebellion and the revolution that is inherent in them and which is not concealed from anyone; since all its disastrous decisions invite people to revolt against him. Therefore, had it not been for the absence of people's awareness of the real alternative project to this regime and their lack of awareness of the sincere political leadership capable of fighting the West and its agents, it would have been a revolution that would uproot it, its system and its masters forever.

O the Judges of Egypt Al-Kinanah!

The souls of these young people and every innocent soul missing on the land of Kinanah as a result of your decisions are in your necks. Sisi will not benefit you anything and he will not intercede for you from Allah’s torment on the Day of Resurrection. He may be clutching your neck now, blackmailing you for some of what your hands have committed, however, all the pleasure and the enjoyment of the worldly life is not equal to a dip in the fire of Hell, a taste from the tree of Zaqqum, nor a sip you drink from the scalding water. So, if you have power to withstand Hellfire, then do what you wish, otherwise, flee to Allah and suspend this blood in the neck of the one who wants to shed it and dissociate yourselves before Allah (swt) from him and from it. For by Allah, a person remains at liberty regarding his religion unless he kills somebody unlawfully. This is not about you alone but for all those who participated and witnessed the shedding of this blood and did not feel angry for the souls that were lost without guilt or fault.

O People of Egypt Al-Kinanah!

Do not be intimidated by the regime’s killing of the pure souls that fell in its captivity, it tortured them only to terrorize you and tighten its grip on you and your country and to kill every soul that hopes for revolution and rebels against it and its authority. So, do not enable it and do not give it what it desires. And know that its actions are evidence of its weakness and cowardice and that you are inevitably more powerful than it. What you only lack is the project of Islam which Hizb ut Tahrir carries to you and the support of your sincere sons and brothers in the army of al-Kinanah, then, neither this regime, nor its guardians, mercenaries or its masters in the White House will stand before you, for their falsehood is cowardly defeated and doomed to cessation.

O Sincere People in the Army of Egypt Al-Kinanah!

What is the matter with you and this blood that sheds like water! By Allah, this regime could not dare on the people of al-Kinanah and could not slaughter their blood if it knew that there are men among you who get angry for Allah, preserve His sanctity and give victory to the oppressed people of their Ummah. You are partners in slaughtering that blood by assisting the regime in its injustice, assault and tyranny, and by your silence to its crimes that you know. There is no salvation for you but to cut off all the ropes that link you to it, and to link your rope with Allah and then with His sincere allies in Hizb ut Tahrir, who carry Islam and seek to apply it in the state of the Khilafah Rashidah (righteous Caliphate) on the method of the Prophethood that will hold this regime accountable for all its crimes, and enforce the rule of Islam on it before the witnesses to be a lesson to those who consider, and Allah heals by thus the breasts of people who were wronged and oppressed. And it (the Khilafah) will restore to them and to the people of Egypt all what the regime has robbed of them and enabled the West to plunder and rob of their wealth, and will restore their freedom and dignity ... And on that Day, the believers will rejoice with the victory of Allah, O Allah make it soon not later.

[يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اسْتَجِيبُواْ لِلّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُم لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَأَنَّهُ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ]

“O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered” [Al-Anfal: 24].
