O People of Kinana, your Salvation is in Carrying the Project of Islam

Establishing the Khilafah Rashidah upon the Method of Prophethood
(Translated)

With the discovery of the regime’s inability to meet the slightest of the needs of the people of Kinana, and its declaration of bankruptcy by not bringing forth any glimmer of hope to pull them out of the economic, political and social crises...etc. that it itself caused, the pace of the call for demonstration increased, and it was incumbent upon us in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah Egypt to show people how their revolution should be, and what it will be, and what are the demands that satisfy their Lord and meet their ambition and prevent the theft of their revolution or the encirclement of the West and its agents on it, and that any movement begins without a head, everyone rushes to ride it and direct its compass.

Any movement that does not have an alternative project and a system capable of solving people’s problems is a stolen movement before it starts spinning in the cycle of failure and throws the fruits of its revolution into the stone of its enemy and the enemy of its religion and its Ummah. Whoever is satisfied with changing faces and thinks that the problem is the corruption of people and thinks good is in this democracy that has been ruling us for decades, is deceiving himself and living an illusion, he will awaken from it, and the regime has returned again with faces that will be harsher on us and more violent in our oppression.

The crises that angered the people and pushed them to this movement are not the result of the corruption of Sisi and his entourage only, although their corruption is apparent and undoubted. Rather, the reason for it is this democracy with which they rule us. Democracy, with its expediency and greed, enables the ruler to formulate laws that enable him to control the people and enable his masters in the Kafir, colonial West to plunder the country’s wealth.

Therefore, the first demand of the movement must be uprooting the system from its roots with all its organs and symbols, i.e. not only uprooting people, but rather it means democracy with all its entitlements and laws, i.e. with all that it contains and the consequent submission to the West and its institutions, treaties and international laws, and to present an alternative system that has a guarantee of justice and ability to advance Egypt and its people and get them out of their crises.

The guarantee of justice comes from the justice of the system itself, with its laws that humans cannot manipulate, change, or customize them according to their whims. The revolution’s demand is to overthrow the regime and establish a Khilafah (Caliphate) State upon the method of the Prophethood on its ruins, as it alone is capable of reviving Egypt and its people.

O People of Egypt, Al-Kinana: Any movement that does not aim to uproot the regime from its roots, lay off all its tools, hold them accountable for their crimes against Egypt and its people, establish a state that implements Islam and end dependency on the West in all its forms and manifestations, is a movement that is liable to be ridden by any monstrosity agent that the West shines with him in order to reproduce through it the regime again, and brings Egypt and the movement of its people back to zero again.

O Loyal Ones in the Kinana Army: After your people are fed up with this system and their outcries are heard by those in the ends of the earth, they are now looking to you and seeking your help. They are now searching among you for supporters who will repeat the life of the supporters of the Messenger of Allah (saw) and strip from their necks all loyalty to this criminal agent regime. They place their allegiance to Allah, His Messenger, and His religion, and take sides with their Ummah, so they help the faithful among its sons working to implement Islam, so who is for Islam if not you?! Who else will support it, O descendants of the great conquerors?! The pioneer Hizb ut Tahrir who does not lie to its people is among you, so overthrow this system and give your victory to the party that has prepared in full to rule by what Allah has revealed, by establishing the Khilafah State that the Messenger of Allah (saw) gave glad tidings to, so that Allah will be pleased with us all, and the grief will be lifted from the people of Kinana and all of humanity. The victory of Islam is rewarded by a paradise as wide as the heavens and the earth. We ask Allah (swt) that you are among its people and supporters, and that Allah (swt) honour Islam and its people through you. Allah (swt) says:

[وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَهَاجَرُواْ وَجَاهَدُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ آوَواْ وَّنَصَرُواْ أُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ حَقّاً لَّهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ]

“Those who believed, migrated, and struggled in the cause of Allah, and those who gave ˹them˺ shelter and help, they are the true believers. They will have forgiveness and an honourable provision.” [TMQ Al-Anfal:74]
