The People of ash-Sham Don’t Need a Provisional Period or a Transitional Government! Rather, they Need Islam, its System, its Rule, and the Khilafah
(Translated)

O People of ash-Sham: Your revolution is not over yet, and what you have achieved is only half a revolution, so complete it by uprooting all the pillars and joints of the regime. These are the tools of the regime and its henchmen who have subjugated you with their hands, so do not shake hands with them and never forgive them. With those hands, they killed more than two million of you, arrested hundreds of thousands, raped women, slaughtered children, and destroyed cities and homes with their inhabitants. These people have no regard for you or covenant, so how can they be forgiven?! And how do you accept to live in the shadow of some of them until now under a temporary or transitional period?! Temporary for what? And transitional from what, and to what?!

O People of ash-Sham: America is the one that needs the interim period, until it reproduces the regime again and in a worse way, and then it will turn against you and slaughter you as it did in Egypt with Morsi, may Allah have mercy on him, and the Muslim Brotherhood, so do not allow it to do that and throw out all its tools, at the forefront of which is the head of evil Erdogan and those leaders of the factions associated with him, so do not allow them and do not give them a chance to catch their breath during the transitional or temporary period, and know that they would not have negotiations with you had they not found another way to deceive you, and had they not come to see that they no longer have the strength to fight you and that victory is yours.

O People of ash-Sham: Hizb ut Tahrir is your sincere advisor, so listen to it, give it the clasp of your hand and the fruit of your heart, and help it for the good of your Deen and your life so that it may implement Islam among you under the shade of its state, the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Khilafah), on the method of the Prophethood. This alone is what will complete your revolution and make it fruitful. So, hurry before your revolution is hijacked as our revolution was hijacked. Wallahi, we are your sincere advisors and we are keen on your good, and we fear that what happened to us will happen to you and you will suffer as we do.

O People of ash-Sham: What you must do is to pursue the project of Islam and implement it in ruling, so that people can see its justice, and will be able to respond to the Jews and liberate the Golan and Palestine, and uproot their monstrous entity. Then the entire Ummah will rally around you, for you have restored its dignity, pride, and glory.

[أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللهِ حُكْمًا لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ]

“Is it the judgment of ˹pre-Islamic˺ ignorance they seek? Who could be a better judge than Allah for people of sure faith?” [Al-Maidah:51]
