On Tuesday, July 1, 2014, the first session of the Parliament of disappointment and failure was held, amid tight security in the capital, Baghdad and measures extended to suspending official working hours, and the closure of several bridges located in the vicinity of the Green Zone, so that the meeting could announce the opening of the Council as a legislative body and to avoid a constitutional vacuum.

After the attendees who numbered 255 were sworn in, the president of the interim parliament announced that the attendees are the people's representatives and members of the new parliament; which failed from the first day to choose its president and deputies due to the disputes between the political blocs to occupy those positions.

It has become clear from the first day the keenness of the attendees to achieve "benefits and gains" which their membership of the council guarantees. They did not show any concern regarding the dangerous events taking place in the country that made the brothers of yesterday become enemies of one another. People have become divided into disputing camps all aiming to harm one's brother. Iraq is moving at a fast rate towards a devastating civil war; only the enemies of the Muslims, the colonial Kuffar and their followers in the region who are plotting against us, will benefit from.

It is a new chapter in the suffering of the people who are devastated by the calamities and war. The signs of evil of a new era can be seen by all except for the one: ((أَضَلَّهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى عِلْمٍ وَخَتَمَ عَلَى سَمْعِهِ وَقَلْبِهِ وَجَعَلَ عَلَى بَصَرِهِ غِشَاوَةً)).. "...Allah has sent him astray due to knowledge and has set a seal upon his hearing and his heart and put over his vision a veil?" [Al-Jathiyah: 23]

O people of Iraq,

Is it not time for you to learn who your true enemy is, who work tirelessly, day and night, to plot and conspire against you?
Stands united and turn against the ones who falsely and deceitfully call for a political process and to steer it in the right direction for it is all a mirage. ((يَحْسَبُهُ الظَّمْآَنُ مَاءً)) "Which a thirsty one thinks its water" [Al-Nur: 39]

There is no liberation for you except in returning to your Deen and taking the Shariah of your Lord (swt) as your reference, and to become loving and co-operating brothers enjoying the dignity and glory, and not in the rule of a filthy colonial American, or the avarice of a Russian in your wealth, but only in Allah's rule (swt).

((وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَةَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنْتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُمْ بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا وَكُنْتُمْ عَلَى شَفَا حُفْرَةٍ مِنَ النَّارِ فَأَنْقَذَكُمْ مِنْهَا كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ آَيَاتِهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَهْتَدُونَ))

"And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided" [Al-i-Imran: 103]
