The Issue of Palestine and the Gaza War Began the Day the Khilafah (Caliphate) Was Abolished
Its Solution, Along with All the Issues Facing Muslims, Can Only be Found in its Re-establishment

Today, there is no need for a detailed narrative on how the Palestine issue began and the establishment of a Jewish entity on this day in 1948. The destructive war in Gaza, where humans, stones, and trees are annihilated, has been ongoing for over seven months, witnessed by the world at large. Official and unofficial media discussions, along with online platforms, involving all levels of human groups, societies, nations, international organizations, and parties, have rendered reading modern history books of the past century unnecessary, as well as recounting the backgrounds related to the issue at every turn.

Indeed, the war on Gaza over the months and days, following the heroic resistance of the mujahideen on October 7, 2023, has revealed facts known to the common people and exposed to the politically aware and sincere to their Ummah about how the Ummah reached this degradation, lowliness, and failure to support their Muslim brothers in Gaza and elsewhere in the world. It has also exposed who is behind it and what the reasons are. It has become essential and of practical importance to completely overcome this situation, as follows:

- The existing regimes in Muslim countries, all of them without exception, have been agents of the West since the establishment of their national states in the Sykes-Picot Agreement to perpetuate division, estrangement, and not ruling by what Allah has revealed. They stand as a formidable barrier against Muslim unity and support for their brothers and sisters, so removing these rulers and systems and uniting the Muslim countries has become a priority towards a permanent solution.

- The Western colonial infidel (kafir), led by America and Europe, is the primary enemy of the Islamic Ummah. They are actively participating in the war against Islam and Muslims and in the war on Gaza. Only a state of war can be taken against them. The traitorous rulers must not establish military bases for them, nor sign defense agreements or joint maneuvers like the so-called Eager Lion, nor implement their surrender solutions to our issues, whether it's the two-state solution or any other international solution.

- The criminal Jewish entity is the product of these colonial states, which planted it and maintain it as a malignant cancerous tumor in the body of the Ummah to obstruct its revival project by restoring the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) upon the method of the Prophethood. Western intelligence and national security circles vigilantly prevent its establishment and are aided by intelligence circles in our countries, whose rulers work to preserve this entity and protect it from the dangers of disappearance, especially after its fragility and cowardice were exposed after October 7, 2023.

- International organizations like the United Nations, its subsidiaries, the International Criminal Court, and international law are all Western colonial tools working for the interests of major powers and under their pressure. They cannot be on the side of Muslims and do not work for the benefit of the people of Palestine. Seeking refuge in them is like seeking shelter from fire in the scorching heat. If one is optimistic, otherwise it is outright betrayal.

- Western capitalist countries, led by America, impose a savage and corrupt law on humanity, plundering people's wealth through force and deception. They hijack the world in the name of fake democracy and brutal power. Peoples are disgusted by their actions, including arrests, repression, and silencing of university students protesting against the genocide in Gaza, which is clear evidence of the so-called democracy and its failure as a governing system, and proof of humanity's need for a just divine system, which is Islam.

- Those who stand between the fall of the rulers who made a covenant with their Western masters and the revival of the Ummah today, and even supporting our people in Gaza, are a group of helpers of these oppressors from the Ummah's politicians, scholars, and hypocritical regime figures. They will only face disgrace and shame and will be thrown into a deep abyss, condemned by people if they do not return to the ranks of the Ummah and its Deen.

- The Ummah still hopes that the powerful among them, their soldiers and officers, will shake off the cloak of weakness and disgrace, respond to Allah and His Messenger, and support their brothers in faith in Gaza by mobilizing their armies before it is too late, before the wrath of Allah and all people descends upon them. Allah has given them weapons and equipment and made them armies only to defend the Ummah and its people, not to defend agent regimes aligned with Jews and America.

- O People, O Muslims:

Enough of the futile surrender solutions circulated by submissive rulers and resorting to what is called international law imposed by the colonial kafir enemy, such as what they propose after the destruction and displacement in Gaza. You have no solution other than what Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, has ordained, which is the implementation of Islam in one entity: an aware Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate) dedicated to Allah and His Messenger, protecting the Muslim Ummah and completely eradicating its enemies. It is not permissible for there to be a state for Jews, even if alongside it there were a Palestinian state. It is Haram by the Shariah (forbidden) for Muslims to have relations with the Jewish entity except for military war. No treaties or treacherous agreements are allowed. Those seeking a legitimate solution must not adopt solutions from reality that put them in the dilemma of dealing and negotiating with the tools of the kafir colonizers.

[أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ آمَنُوا بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يَتَحَاكَمُوا إِلَى الطَّاغُوتِ وَقَدْ أُمِرُوا أَنْ يَكْفُرُوا بِهِ وَيُرِيدُ الشَّيْطَانُ أَنْ يُضِلَّهُمْ ضَلَالاً بَعِيداً]

“Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead them far astray”. [Surat Al-Nisa:60]
