Torture and Brutality the Only Standard Weapon of Capitalists

The Islamic Organization of Hizb ut Tahrir is strongly condemning the brutal murder of a Lawyer Willie Kimani and other two people including his client Josephat Mwenda. This was a heinous act especially after three bodies were found dumped into river while eyes of one of the bodies had been gouged out. Sadly to learn from news reports that the Administration police are connected with the murder!

This brutality is just part and parcel of the magnitude murder cases that faces the security department. It is traumatizing to see the brutal response by the police to the demonstrators who some of them were even shot dead! In fact these heinous acts are increasingly proving that the police force are not law enforcers rather are law breachers who have now turned into to a death squad. Last year’s documentary by Aljazeera exclusively exposed the mysterious killing of the civilians by the police. The exposé showed hidden images of security officers confessing to executing terrorism suspects. The Muslim community has been raising concern over the mysterious disappearance of the youth and the police have been the prime suspect of such evils. Sadly no firm and decisive action has been taken by the Government against the rogue police officers.

Since we live under the invalid capitalist ideology whose standard weapon is to use brutality against the citizens then definitely our security and lives are at stake. Under this ideology, security agents are not entitled to protect the common man but the interests of the few elites who have no any kind of humanity as they believe strongly on saying: The Mighty is Right. Anyone who dares to expose the ills of the ruling class either is a lawyer or journalist then their life is in danger.

It is only under the Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah (Caliphate) based on the Prophethood methodology that will be soon established in one of the strong Muslim countries when the police forces will be fully committed to maintain law and order. Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah will have the best security set up that will guarantee and protect the lives and property of all citizens irrespective of color, tribe or status.
