Under the Veil of Terrorism Muslims are Facing Humiliations and Sufferings

The Muslim Ummah in Kenya was once again in rude shock on Friday, 16th February 2018, when one of its members Hania Sagar (wife of the martyred Muslim cleric Aboud Rogo) was sentenced to 10 years in prison by a court in Mombasa.

According to the Magistrates determined her crime is that she is a conspirator to commit felony, terrorist attack at the Central Police Station! On the following day Saturday, 17th February 2018 another member Sheikh Guyo Gorsa was charged at Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi for being accused as being a Member of Alshabab terror group.

The two incidences out of the many that we’ve not highlighted are the latest painful incidences that have faced the Muslim Ummah in Kenya and indeed a confirmation that the war on terror is meant to target Islam and Muslims. In the so called War on Terror, Muslims are humiliated and face severe sufferings globally. Why is Islam and Muslims the victims of this Western war? Islam as an ideology emanating from the Creator of creations conforms to the nature of man and provides solutions to all the problems that man face throughout his life.

Therefore, Islam is the only alternative and comprehensive ideology in replacement of the invalid secular capitalist ideology that emanates from man’s limited mind and which do not conform to his nature and hence it is the benchmark of all the problems that faces man today from the political to socio-economic spheres of life.

Since the destruction of the Islamic State of Khilafah (Caliphate) on 3 March 1924 the western powers are struggling to protect and cushion their invalid secular capitalist ideology from imminent collapse. Hence, led by America and the West developed a campaign to suppress Islam and Muslims, some of the pillars of the campaign were:

1. The use of world media as a deadly weapon dominated by America and her allies, to propagate its slogans of (democracy, pluralism, human rights and four individual freedoms (freedom of belief, freedom of expression, freedom of ownership and personal freedom). To distort the image of Islam and incite the world against those who adhere to it, portraying them as fundamentalists, zealots, extremists and terrorists etc.

2. The use of agent rulers and the circle around them of underlings, hypocrites, opportunists and those lured by the corrupt Western liberal culture and fascinated by its way of life. This circle also includes those who pretend to care about Islam whether they are government scholars or those presented to the people as Islamic intellectuals from some Islamic movements who are in reality nothing more than secularists, calling for the detachment of the Deen from life.

With such pillars adopted, America and its allies had declared global war and apparently to any Muslim who will rise up and contravene their slogans and such would be deemed as a threat to their Western civilization and ultimately their invalid secular capitalist ideology. In Kenya the western imperialists led by America launched its physical terrorism offensive official using KDF incursion to Somalia on 16 October 2011. While internal it pushed the narrative of Radicalization/Extremism/Fundamentalism as a synonymous tag to any person who calls for or support strict adherence to Islam.

The Kenyan government like any colonialist state its subservience mentality demands it to bow down for western-donor funds which are coupled with specific but hidden agenda that includes but not limited to waging war against Islam and its Muslim citizens as guided by western policy framework on the War on Terror. These latest incidences are just a tip of an iceberg in comparison to the sheer magnitude of the Western state-sponsored Terror War against Muslims e.g. in Syria, Egypt, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Russia etc. Allah (swt) says:

(أَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ أَن تَدْخُلُواْ ٱلْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِكُم مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوْاْ مِن قَبْلِكُم مَّسَّتْهُمُ ٱلْبَأْسَآءُ وَٱلضَّرَّآءُ وَزُلْزِلُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مَعَهُ مَتَىٰ نَصْرُ ٱللَّهِ أَلاۤ إِنَّ نَصْرَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِيبٌ)

“Or you think that you will enter paradise without such (trials) as came to those who passed away before you? They were afflicted with severe poverty and ailments and were so shaken that even the Messenger and those who believed along with him said, ‘When (will come) the help of Allah? Yes! Certainly, the help of Allah is near!”

(إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْراً)

“Indeed, with hardship will be ease” [Ash-Sharh: 6]
