Hizb ut Tahrir East Africa strongly condemns all means of torture, inhumanity, humiliation and subjugation being meted out to our Muslim brothers among them: religious scholars, teachers and other Muslim activists in the alleged terrorism case as they have recently explained themselves before the court in Dar es-Salam as cited by some newspapers.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir, would like to put it black and white that the torture, inhumanity and humiliation being subjected to our Muslim brothers as well as others elsewhere, is basically because of Islam and nothing else.

Because, originally, this discriminatory so-called war on terror law was forcefully introduced by America with the sole aim of subjugating and oppressing Muslims. Hizb ut Tahrir would like to ask loud and clear, how is that church leaders, including reverends and Mtikila, who is frequently thrown behind bars, are interrogated by the police and even jailed, there is not a single day he has ever undergone torture and humiliation as compared to our Muslim brothers?

We repeat, all these brutal treatments oppression which are discriminatingly meted out to Muslims by special security forces under the order of America, is neither the first nor the last time in Tanzania.

Nevertheless, it is all over the world from the detainment camps in Guantanamo, Balgram, Abu Ghraib etc.
The torture mentioned before the court by the Muslims, are just a small part than the reality, compared to our Muslims brothers who are wrongly accused of the same in Arusha, Mwanza, Kenya etc.

These tortures are carried out by Special Forces, which are under the supervision of America, known as anti-terror squads, despite being accused, blamed, and strongly criticized in public for their brutality as reported on 18/08/2014 by a human rights organization about the ATPU in Kenya.

Despite all these humiliations coming from their own organizations, these forces seem to connive at these public outcries, instead persist on their brutish treatment of innocent Muslims.

These heinous acts are just amongst other evidences that expose the enormous weakness of the capitalist ideology. Firstly, dearth of concrete infrastructure for gathering evidence if ever there might be any, instead they heavily rely on torture. Secondly, clear indication of lack of strong evidences, to the extent that the concerned forces vent their hatred and anger on the suspects. This is because they are sure there is no case against the innocent suspects to proceed. Thirdly, the childish assumption and broad daylight dream of their master America and its infidel colonial ideology that subjecting Muslims to torture will scare them and weaken their resolve in their obligation to propagate their correct ideology. America and its killer squads known as anti-terror forces are in a daylight slumber surrounded by ignorance of history thinking Islam can be stamped out by the brutish torture of Muslims. Had their dream materialized, Islam would no longer be existent in the world. Fourthly, the inability of the proponent of the capitalist ideology to protect its ideology both intellectually and factually. Instead, they have no alternative but resort to torturing Muslims.

Intrinsically, capitalism is unable and shall never be able to defend itself neither ideologically nor intellectually. It was basically formed to perish. God willing, it will soon be thrown into the dustbin of history because it has no benefit to the humanity apart from humiliation and subjugation.

Capitalism has failed politically and in its democracy. It has proven itself to those to be a system of fraud and deceit. It claims for the promulgation of a new constitution, yet they secretly reserve another one hidden in pockets. It has economically failed by arbitrary formulating a series of taxes and levies thus increasing poverty while the capitalist companies pilfer resources by the blessings of the wicked capitalist politicians through deceitful contracts. It has socially failed by their filthy concepts of freedoms by multiplying vices to humanity ranging from drunkenness, promiscuity, fornication/adultery, incest, thus crumbling society by advocating heinous acts of homosexuality and lesbianism. These brutish treatments and humiliation of innocent Muslims is more than a clear indication of their failure in their constitutional rule, is nothing but failure even to their own law and judicial institutions.

It is of great shame they are unable to protect the same law formed by their own bloody hands! There is nothing beneficial to be expected from this ideology except tears!

After all this, Hizb ut Tahrir would like to emphasize to all Muslims to continue propagating their correct ideology without the slightest shadow of fear adhesively abiding by the correct methodology of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) that does not involve violence to materialize the objective.

Not forgetting to criticize all sort of oppressions meted out to Muslims, and most important shunning all the infidel capitalist politics, as well as its constitutions and corrupt elections. Because they are Islamically haram above being the source of governments that harm Muslims.

We would like to genuinely console our beloved brothers for the brutish treatment they underwent. At the same time, we give good tidings to the whole Muslims of the soon to come victory for the Ummah under the shade of the Islamic State, the second Khilafah "Caliphate" Rashidah that state will not forget even an iota of oppression meted out to Muslims by an oppressor but will firmly deal with the oppressor. Should the oppressors die before the re-establishment of the State, for sure they would not have saved from the wrath and eternal punishment of Allah Taala Who Does not Forget and is fully Aware of their oppression.

((وَلاَ تَحْسَبَنَّ اللَّهَ غَافِلاً عَمَّا يَعْمَلُ الظَّالِمُونَ إِنَّمَا يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ لِيَوْمٍ تَشْخَصُ فِيهِ الأَبْصَارُ))

"Consider not that Allah is unaware of that which the oppressors do, He only gives them respite up to a day when the eyes will stare in horror." [TMQ 14: 42]
