The news agency 24 KG reported on Saturday 17/05/2014, quoting the Kyrgyz security forces, a news item that said: "The identity of the man who was arrested in southern Kyrgyzstan was recognized as a member of the Uzbek intelligence. And according to the report "that on 27/04/2014, at around 12 o'clock midnight, the police officers arrested a drunken man who was involved in a problem near one of the cafes in Karasu City in Osh region. During his arrest, he showed fierce resistence and threatened the police men with a knife. He tried to escape, but was brought under control, and during his inspection, the police found a pistol type Makarov in his possession as well as ammunition. He also handed in another pistol which he had hidden.

As was mentioned, after this the Kyrzyg intelligence agency arrested him, where it was revealed that he is an employee in the Uzbek Intellligence Agency as he informed of himself the security officials. And according to what he said, he was preparing to kill the Imam Rashad Kamalov, the Imam of a local Masjid, who is, according to some, the local leader of the banned organization "Hizb ut Tahrir".

The identity of the detainee has been verified, he is 37 years of age, and lives in the district of Tashkent, and he was a member of the Uzbek Internal Security Forces called OMON. Whereas that ministry confirmed that there are no documents to prove that he was an employee in the Special Forces.

He was arrested on charges of carrying illegal weapons and crossing the borders illegally and an attempted murder". (End of news).

We have mentioned in a previous statement that an Uzbek intelligence services man was arrested in the city of Karasu, and that he is one of thousands of Uzbek intelligence officers who roam freely in Kyrgyzstan. We also outlined that the Kyrgyz security forces did not intend to arrest him until he revealed himself and played the act of resisting arrest, though he was easily arrested, but before that he unimpededly wandered in Karasu city.

The arrogance of the Uzbek intelligence officers on the Kyrgyzstan territory and terrorizing the people in public without paying any attention to the Kyrzyg security forces, all of this illustrates the fact that the Uzbek government does not view its neighbor Kyrgyzstan as a sovereign state, but as a subordinate to it and under its authority. We also see in some cases threatening and intimidating actions on the basis of nationalist sentiments by Tajikistan against the Kyrgyz people on the border between them. Thus, it is no longer a secret, even to ordinary people, that all of these actions are but in the interest of the region's countries or America or Russia.

These threatening and intimidating actions could be exploited by the support of the dominant state in the region, causing a threat even against Uzbekistan itself.
Rather than working on protecting their lands and citizend, the Kyrgyz special forces and government seized the opportunity and rushed to attempt to get rid of the Muslim leaders because they call to the true Islam, like Rushdi Kari Kamalov, by describing him as a member of Hizb ut Tahrir, the political party as they proclaim in their reports. This is yet another crime committed by the Kyrgyz government; where it failed earlier to assassinate Rafik Kamalov, the father of Rushdi, who was martyred later on.

Hizb ut Tahrir continues its work in Kyrgyzstan, and declares that the Imam of the Masjid in Karasu city (Sarkhasi Masjid), our brother Rushdi Kari Kamalov is not a member of Hizb ut Tahrir. He is simply one of the sincere Imams who show the Muslims and guide them to the straight path in life on the basis of the Islamic Aqeedah. Therefore, it would have been better for the Kyrgyz security forces, instead of throwing these fabrications against our brother, to think of necessary measures to protect him from the forces of evil that seek to harm him.

The Kyrgyz government has turned into fighting the Muslims, especially those who are working for the return of the Khilafah "Caliphate" and establish the ideology of Islam on ground, it is fighting alongside those who are working for the benefit of Uzbek intelligence who peddle abnoxious nationalist sentiments, and alongside the enemies of humanity who promote the corrupt Democracy of the Kaffir Western agents.

We in Hizb ut Tahrir / Kyrgyzstan repeat our call to the sincere ones from the general public and the people of power and influence in the country, to work with us to re-establish the righteous Khilafah "Caliphate" state, in which lies the glory and protection, the Khilafah "Caliphate" which will liberate all of humanity from the hegemony of the oppressive Capitalism, the Khilafah "Caliphate" will unites under its shade the lands of the Muslims, and spread the justice of Islam throughout the whole world, leaving no resources in the earth but it brings out, and above all of that is the pleasure of Allah (swt), and that indeed is the greatest success.
