It has been a Year Since the Gaza Massacre While the Muslim Rulers Remain as Observers. Verily the One and Only Solution is Khilafah!

The massacre in Gaza has reached its first anniversary since the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7, 2023. Since then, the relentless killing of Palestinians by the Jewish forces has continued unabated, marked by inhumane acts of violence and extensive devastation in the Blessed Land. This destruction has spared neither animals, plants, stones, nor trees. Despite the ongoing massacre, the Jews have neither won nor succeeded in achieving their goals in Gaza. If they had truly been victorious, they would have ceased their attacks and proclaimed victory to the world. Instead, their relentless bombardment by air and ground clearly indicates that their mission remains unaccomplished. By Allah’s Will, the resilience of the Muslims in Palestine endures, reflecting their unwavering belief in Allah (swt).

The terror inflicted by the Jews in Gaza is more horrific than the United States’ atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. However, an even greater scenario comes from the Muslim rulers who remain silent, witnessing these atrocities either from near or afar. They are witnessing the deaths of their fellow Muslims, the occupation of their land, the destruction of their mosques, and the desecration of the land of Isra' and Mi'raj, while they are fully capable of stopping these atrocities in the blink of an eye, yet they choose to be mere observers. Worse still, some of them continue to provide support to the Jewish entity and the United States, enabling the continuation of these acts of terrorism and destruction. What an evil deed!

The Israeli thirst for blood does not end with Palestine. The ruthless aggressors have now turned their gaze toward Lebanon, spilling blood there just as they do in Palestine. Yet, Muslim rulers, including those in Lebanon, remain silent. Iran, whose ally in Lebanon was attacked, sought to show its heroism by launching missiles at ‘Israel’ in an attempt to inflict minor “injury” on the criminal entity. This act was intended to give the impression that Iran was responding to the Jews aggression. However, Iran quickly halted its actions, reassuring the world that its response adhered to international law—laws established by its enemies! This is the extent of Iran's "retaliation" against an enemy that has claimed the lives of many of its leaders.

The betrayal of Muslim rulers towards Palestine is glaring and profound, not only evident in this one year, but since the very beginning of the occupation, and even before that. This treachery is not confined to one ruler alone but extends to all, past and present. It was through their betrayal that Palestine slipped into the hands of the Zionist, and as a result, the Blessed Land remains under occupation to this day. Throughout history, Muslims have witnessed a long list of rulers across various countries, yet none have genuinely endeavoured to free Palestine. The most prominent among them are those who deliver the best rhetorical speeches, attempting to deceive their people into believing they are the champions of Palestine’s liberation.

The truth is, there has never been a single ruler who genuinely seeks to finish the Zionist and free Palestine. Today, we witness the death toll surpassing 40,000 Palestinians, with countless others injured and displaced. We witness the destruction of homes, mosques, and buildings by various kinds of bombs. We witness the immense suffering of the Palestinian people. Yet, despite all this, the hearts of Muslim rulers are not opened, even slightly, to announcing Jihad against the criminal entity. The word "Jihad" seems to have vanished from their vocabulary, and their hearts seem to have died. If they truly aspired to reclaim Palestine for the Muslims, they would have prepared and mobilized their armies for that cause. Nevertheless, such action has not materialized. This truth has already been revealed to us by Allah (swt):

[وَلَوْ أَرَادُوا الْخُرُوجَ لَأَعَدُّوا لَهُ عُدَّةً وَلَٰكِنْ كَرِهَ اللَّهُ انْبِعَاثَهُمْ فَثَبَّطَهُمْ وَقِيلَ اقْعُدُوا مَعَ الْقَاعِدِينَ]

“And if they had intended to go forth, they would have prepared for it [some] preparation. But Allah disliked their being sent, so He kept them back, and they were told, "Remain [behind] with those who remain” [At-Taubah (9): 46].

Therefore, O Muslims, in light of the silence of all rulers and their military forces, we assert that the only solution for the liberation of the entire Blessed Land of Palestine lies in the establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate). Hizb ut Tahrir sincerely and tirelessly calls you to participate in this noble and urgent work. You have a choice to either remain silent, continue supporting your rulers, or join hands with Hizb ut Tahrir in our works to restore the Rightly Guided Caliphate upon the method of the Prophethood.

As for you, O Muslim armies, you can choose to remain loyal to your deceitful rulers or rise up and remove them from their comfortable thrones and grant your Nussrah (material support) to Hizb ut Tahrir to establish the Khilafah. Once established, the Khalifah (Caliph) will swiftly mobilize you to Palestine, without delay, Insha Allah. When you go for Jihad in His cause, victory is already guaranteed—not by Hizb ut-Tahrir nor by the coming Caliph who will lead you, but by the Lord of all worlds Himself:

[قَاتِلُوهُمْ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللَّهُ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ وَيُخْزِهِمْ وَيَنْصُرْكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَيَشْفِ صُدُورَ قَوْمٍ مُؤْمِنِينَ]

“So fight them and Allah will punish them at your hands, put them to shame, help you overcome them, and soothe the hearts of the believers” [At-Tawbah (9): 14].

So, what are you waiting for, O Muslim armies? What are you worried about? What more do you want? Saad bin Muadh already earned his honor by granting Nussrah to the Messenger of Allah (saw), a pivotal act that led to the establishment of the Islamic State in Medina, enabling the religion of Allah (swt) to be implemented in its entirety, internally and externally, leading to the triumph of Islam across the globe. We fervently pray that a new Saad bin Muadh will rise among the Muslim armies in this era, who, through his Nussrah, will help restore the Rightly Guided Caliphate upon the method of the Prophethood and return Islamic rule to the world.
