Panama Leaks and Military Officers' Dismissals
Raheel and Nawaz are Both Oppressors and Guardians of Corruption

The head of Pakistan's armed forces, General Raheel Sharif, stated on 20 April 2016 that there is a need to ensure "across-the-board accountability" in the country and the very next day news of the forceful retirement of six military officers due to financial corruption dominated the media. Then on 22 April 2016, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, addressed the nation and condemned the allegations of financial corruption leveled against him and announced that if the judicial commission rules against him, he will step down.

Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan asserts before the Muslims of Pakistan that despite pretending otherwise, both Raheel and Nawaz are oppressors and fully back corruption in Pakistan. Corruption is not restricted only to financial matters, rather the biggest corruption is that despite professing to be Muslims, Raheel and Nawaz abandoned Divine Revelation as a source of legislation and instead rule according to the dictates of America and their own whims and desires. It is these man-made laws that are the root of all corruption, financial and otherwise.

So accordingly we ask: Is it not corruption that despite declaring have Imaan in Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw), an interest based economy is established with forms of taxation that Islam does not allow and with privatization of that which Islam has mandated as public property? Is it not corruption that despite declaring Imaan, traitor rulers helped America to occupy Afghanistan and now helping to ensure her occupation their and killing all those men across Durand Line who fight against US occupying forces by declaring them as terrorists? Is it not corruption that despite declaring Imaan, powerful Pakistan’s armed forces, equipped with nuclear missiles, are never mobilized to liberate the Muslims of Kashmir and Palestine from the oppression of Hindu and Jews, but are sent to every corner of the earth to fulfill the colonialist interests under the banner of United Nations.

Is it not corruption that despite declaring Imaan in Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw), America, Britain, France and other countries that allow the insulting of our Prophet (saaw) are made friends and allies, whilst proudly accepting accolades, praise and medals from them? Is it not corruption that despite professing Imaan in Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw), every effort has been placed to implement National Action Plan, which is certainly an American action plan to make Pakistan secular and suppress every voice advocating Islam? Is it not corruption that despite declaring Imaan in Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw), references to Islam, Jihad, Muslim history and Muslim heroes from school text books are erased upon American dictates, so our coming generations are denied awareness of Islam and its glorious history, rendering them submissive before America? All this corruption has been made possible because Democracy gives authority to the Raheel-Nawaz regime to abandon the Quran and Sunnah and make Kufr laws instead.

Indeed, what has been established by Panama Leaks is that Democracy allows rulers to make laws through which they can hide their ill-gotten wealth and evade taxes by placing them in off-shore companies. Raheel and Nawaz both are beating drums to highlight financial corruption or about their innocence, so as to misdirect the attention of the people from their treacheries against Islam, Ummah and Pakistan. They will never take the required action that will not only eradicate financial corruption but rather all forms of corruption, political and military or related to foreign policy and education. That action is the establishment of the Khilafah "Caliphate" (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood. Therefore, unless Democracy is eradicated and Khilafah "Caliphate" is established on the Method of Prophethood, the statements of Raheel and Nawaz are mere lip-service and lowly attempts to pull the wool over the eyes of Muslims. Allah (swt) says,

[وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّالِمُونَ]

“And whosoever does not judge by that which Allah has revealed, such are the Zalimun.” [5: 45]
