Treacherous Rulers Want to Engulf Karachi in the Flames of American War Traitors within Political and Military Leadership are Responsible for Karachi's Crisis

Traitors with in political and military leadership are preparing to engulf Karachi, the biggest city and the economic engine of Pakistan, in the flames of America's war. After their severe defeat to win public opinion for military operations in North Waziristan, traitors within the political and military leadership are shifting the blame for Karachi's dismal situation upon tribal Muslims so that they can expand the so-called American war on terror to the major cities of Pakistan, after meting destruction upon the tribal areas. The people of Pakistan now know the purpose of this American war is to continue a war of Fitna between our Pakistani armed forces and other Muslims, which weakens Pakistan and making it a weak state besides India, even though Pakistan possesses the seventh largest armed forces in the world and the only Muslim country armed with nuclear weapons. Rulers have allowed the flourishing of criminal activities like killing, abduction for money and extortion so the people of Karachi are compelled to ask the army to intervene in order to "normalize" the law and order situation in Karachi. It is the duty of the police, not the army, to maintain the law and order situation with in the country. And it is the army's duty is to protect the country and its people from American aggression.

Yet, on 9 August 2011, the former Sindh Interior Minister, Manzoor Wisan, after meeting US Counsel-General William Martin said America is ready to supply equipment and expertise in order to control the situation in Karachi. This statement proves that the demand for operations in Karachi is an American demand. To blame the tribal people for the law and order situation in Karachi is an open lie and the people of Karachi also know this fact clearly because Karachi is a city where police, rangers, army, judiciary, administration and political parties are present and work. The factual position, whenever traitors within the political and military leadership want to spread this American war of Fitna to new regions, they allow further deterioration of law and order situation of the area with the help of American CIA, Blackwater-type private military organizations and the Raymond Davis network and then place the blame upon tribal Muslims. Then they start military operations in the area in the name of establishing the writ of government, which eventually results in the destruction of the social and economic life of that area and Pakistan becomes even weaker. This is the reason that in whatever area a military operation was launched, life has not returned to normal until today, because the purpose of the operation was never meant to restore law and order or establish the writ of the state, rather its purpose is to spread the flames of the war of Fitna and to weaken Pakistan, the strongest Muslim state in the world.

Hizb-ut Tahrir has been warning the people for the last year that traitors within the political and military leadership want to spread this war of Fitna to the major cities of Pakistan. Hizb once again warns the people that they should reject the conspiracy hatched by traitors within the political and military leadership to throw Karachi in the flames of the American war, as they rejected the conspiracies of the traitors to gain their support for the military operation in North Waziristan. The people must not lend their support for any military operation in Karachi.

Hizb-ut Tahrir demands from the sincere officers of Pakistan armed forces to uproot the traitors within the political and military leadership and provide Nusrah to Hizb-ut Tahrir for the establishment of Khilafah "Caliphate". Your silence has given courage and strength to these traitors to appease their master America by hatching new conspiracies against this Ummah, even after the continuous failure of their conspiracies. Only the Khilafah "Caliphate" will liberate Pakistan from this American war of Fitna and then the arms and ammunition of Muslim armies will not be used against their Muslim brothers, rather it will only be used to liberate Muslim lands occupied by the hateful Kafir.
