The Deceitful Bajwa-Imran Regime Loudly Denounces Trump’s Scorn, Whilst Gripping Tightly to the US Alliance

A day after Trump poured scorn on the losses that Pakistan has endured due to America's war in Afghanistan, the PTI ruling party responded with words, when deeds are the need of the time. On 19 November 2018, the PTI Minister for Human Rights Dr Shireen Mazari said, “The loss of Pakistani lives in US War on Terror, the free space for Raymond Davis and other operatives, the illegal killings by drone attacks — the list is endless,” adding, “once again history shows appeasement does not work.”  What use are such words when in deeds, the Bajwa-Imran regime is fully co-operating with the United States, as all the previous regimes have done?! Whilst using harsh words, the Bajwa-Imran regime dutifully maintains the NATO supply line, which is the essential life line for the besieged and failing US occupation in Afghanistan. Whilst loudly denouncing the US, the Bajwa-Imran regime is heavily involved in using its influence to herd the Taliban into negotiations to provide legal cover for the continued US occupation of Afghanistan on the doorstep of the world's only Muslim nuclear power. Whilst spewing hot air against the US to deceive the people, the regime is maintaining full military to military and intelligence to intelligence contact with the US, without which the US would be deaf, dumb and blind in the graveyard of empires. And whilst spinning a web of deceit, the regime ensures that the US spy-post masquerading as an embassy in the capital, is fully operational.

The Muslim ruler does not merely learn lessons from human history, he adheres firmly to the commands of Allah (swt) and His Messenger (saaw) in all his foreign policy decisions. Yet, the Bajwa-Imran regime grips firmly to alliance with an enemy that despises our Deen, fights Muslims all over the world and aids others in fighting them, even though Allah (swt) said,

[إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمْ اللَّهُ عَنْ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الظَّالِمُونَ]

“Allah forbids your alliance with those who fight you because of your Deen, and drive you from your homelands, or aid others to do so: and as for those who turn to them in alliance, they are truly oppressors.” [Surah al-Mumtahina 60:9].

O Muslims of Pakistan! It is clear that the Bajwa-Imran regime is marching on the same treacherous path as the Musharraf-Aziz, Kayani-Zardari and Raheel-Nawaz regimes. What makes its stance even worse is that it came to power by deceiving Muslims with claims of being against America and its destructive war. Let us all turn our backs on this despicable, deceiving regime and strive seriously for ruling by all that Allah (swt) has revealed, through the re-establishment of the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of the Prophethood.
