The Extension in Military Service is a Cause for Celebration for the One who Fights Enemies of Islam and Muslims and Conquers Lands for Islam, like the Sultan Muhammad Al-Fateh

The passage of three bills to extend the service of the chiefs of Pakistan’s army, navy and air force, has far from evoked celebration amongst Muslims. In fact, the muted response is through apathy and despair. This is because the actual purpose of military leadership has been lost in the Muslim World, since the destruction of our Khilafah (Caliphate). In the era of the Khilafah, the political and military leadership was aware of the Islamic duty to continuously expand the borders of the Islamic Lands. The Khaleefah strove to liberate the people from the oppression of man-made law, paving their acceptance of Islam in droves, through seeing the justice of Islam first hand when it was implemented over their heads. Indeed, in this Islamic month of Jumadal Awwal, Muslims marvel in memories of the Conquest of Constantinople by the Sultan Muhammad Al-Fateh, who achieved the glad tidings of RasulAllah (saaw), ripping the hearts of the crusaders by depriving them of their prized and majestic capital, consolidating the position of the Khilafah as the world’s deserving, unchallenged leading state. However, today the true purpose of military service has been replaced by subservience to the oppressive, undeserved, leading state, the United States, as well as restraint before marauding enemies who occupy our lands and defile our sanctities, from Masjid al-Aqsa to Occupied Kashmir.

O Muslims of Pakistan! Let us shed our despair at the wounds in the side of the body of the Islamic Ummah, which are not only untended by the current despicable rulers, but aggravated by their cowardly inaction, by grasping firmly to our true purpose in this Dunya. Let us strive in the worship of Allah (swt) to earn the good in Aakhira, so we can reclaim our rightful position in this Dunya, as the best Ummah brought forth for mankind. Know that we have the essential elements to become the firm platform for the Khilafah Rashidah (Rightly Guided Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood, which was given glad tidings of by RasulAllah (saaw). We are blessed with a large, youthful, energetic and creative population and abundant, varied natural resources; our greatest asset, however, is our fervent Iman, which makes us restless at the suffering of the Ummah and devastating in any battle, as was clearly seen in our small, controlled strike that sent Modi’s forces scurrying in fear and awe, less than a year ago, on 27 February 2019. So, let us shed apathy by demanding from our lions in the armed forces to grant their Nussrah to Hizb ut Tahrir, under its Ameer, the eminent scholar, Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah. It is then, and only then, when we will be blessed by a Khaleefah to be proud of and make Dua for, who will stamp our mark in the great Islamic legacy, by appointing great and honored governors and generals. Allah (swt) said,

[وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ]

“And that day the believers will rejoice * In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.” [Ar-Rum: 4-5]
