Reviving Islamic Brotherhood, the Khilafah Rashidah Will Mobilize the Muslims of Pakistan Army and the Tribal Regions for Victory Over the Kuffar

Sacred Muslim blood was spilled in the blessed month of Ramadhan during intense fighting between the Muslims of Pakistan Army, and Muslims of the tribal regions. On 17 March, we lost seven troops of the Pakistan Army. Then on 18 March, we lost more Muslims, when Pakistan Air Force bombed inside Afghanistan. Then we lost even more Muslims when the Afghan Taliban shelled inside Pakistan. We lost dozens of Muslims in these days of Ramadan, whilst we have lost thousands in the long years of this conflict between ourselves. Neither side is backing down and both sides are losing believers. This is whilst the Messenger of Allah (saw), who is loved by both sides, said,

«قَتْلُ الْمُؤْمِنِ أَعْظَمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ زَوَالِ الدُّنْيَا» “Killing a believer is more grievous before Allah than the extinction of the whole world.” [An-Nasa’i]. This, O Muslims, is irrespective of where the believer is born, or what race he belongs to. This is how it is and how it must be. It is not as the army chief of Pakistan said, when he said, on 24 January, “When the security of each Pakistani is at stake, Afghanistan can be condemned and cursed as a whole.” Certainly not!

O Muslims of Pakistan Army and the Tribal Regions! Break any sword that points to a Muslim. Redirect your weapons at our real enemies, the hateful states of kufr, who fight us altogether, and occupy our lands. It is these states of kufr that want our conflict to prolong. They stand with us, when we fight amongst ourselves. See, how the US ambassador met President Zardari, to express support for the war. On 18 March, the press release of the US embassy stated, “The Ambassador conveyed his condolences for the loss of Pakistani soldiers in the recent terrorist attack in Waziristan and assured the President, the United States stands with Pakistan in its fight against terrorism.” The kuffar encourage our infighting all over the Muslim World, from Sudan to Pakistan, with the American ambassadors inciting and provoking, like whispering Shayateen. Our strength and power does not lie outside of ourselves. It lies within ourselves, as a brotherhood of believers. Allah (swt) said,

[الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا]

“Those who take disbelievers for allies instead of believers, do they seek power with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all power.” [Surah an-Nisa'a 4:139].

O Muslims of Pakistan Army and the Tribal Regions! The war amongst us, is in accordance to what American needs, in terms of the regional security balance. Whilst we fight each other, the ally of America, our enemy, India, is establishing its dominance over all of us. Whilst the border between Muslim Pakistan and Muslim Afghanistan is in flames, the borders with the Hindu State are being kept cool and restive. Whilst Pakistan Army and the tribal fighters are ensnared in a war with no end, the Indian Army is free to focus its hostility against all the region’s Muslims. Is this how it should be, O Muslims? Allah (swt) said,

[مُّحَمَّدٌ رَّسُولُ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ أَشِدَّاءُ عَلَى الْكُفَّارِ رُحَمَاءُ بَيْنَهُمْ]

“Muḥammad is the Messenger of Allah. And those with him are firm with the disbelievers, and compassionate with one another.” [TMQ Surah Al-Fath 48:29]. Are Muslims to be harsh, vengeful and hostile to believers, attacking and counterattacking, killing and being killed? Are the Muslims only to be accommodating, normalizing and restrained with the Kuffar? How, O Muslims, how?!

O Muslims of Pakistan Army and the Tribal Regions! How are you fighting against each other today? Was it not you, who worked together against kafir enemies, not so long ago? Was it not you, who worked together to expel the occupying forces of Soviet Russia? Was it not you, who worked together in maintaining regional security for Muslims? Was it not you, who jointly kept the Durand Line restive and secure, whilst ensuring the Indian Army had sleepless nights, on the Line of Control, for years? Then, there was no war between you, because of your Islam. As for now, your war today can end, through your Islam. Remember, dear brothers, that the tribes of Madinah were at war with each other before Islam. However, after Islam, they stood in one row, as one army, against the enemy kuffar. Allah (swt) said,

[وَاعْتَصِمُوا بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا وَلَا تَفَرَّقُوا وَاذْكُرُوا نِعْمَتَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ كُنتُمْ أَعْدَاءً فَأَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوبِكُمْ فَأَصْبَحْتُم بِنِعْمَتِهِ إِخْوَانًا]

“And hold firmly together to the rope of Allah and do not be divided. Remember Allah’s favour upon you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts, so you, by His grace, became brothers.” [TMQ Surah Aali Imran 3:103].

O Muslims of Pakistan Army and the Tribal Regions! Turn the tables against kufr and its states. Turn the tide of history in favor of Islam and its Ummah. Make enmity between Muslims a tragedy of the past, by restoring ruling by the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of the Prophet (saw). You are of one brotherhood. The Prophet (saw) said,

«إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدْ أَذْهَبَ عَنْكُمْ عُبِّيَّةَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ وَفَخْرَهَا بِالآبَاءِ مُؤْمِنٌ تَقِيٌّ وَفَاجِرٌ شَقِيٌّ أَنْتُمْ بَنُو آدَمَ وَآدَمُ مِنْ تُرَابٍ لَيَدَعَنَّ رِجَالٌ فَخْرَهُمْ بِأَقْوَامٍ إِنَّمَا هُمْ فَحْمٌ مِنْ فَحْمِ جَهَنَّمَ أَوْ لَيَكُونُنَّ أَهْوَنَ عَلَى اللَّهِ مِنَ الْجِعْلاَنِ الَّتِي تَدْفَعُ بِأَنْفِهَا النَّتْنَ»

“Allah (swt) has removed from you the pride of the era of ignorance, and its boasting about forefathers. One is only a pious believer or a miserable sinner. You are all sons of Adam (as), and Adam (as) came from dust. Let the people stop boasting about their forefathers. They are merely fuel in Jahannam, or they will certainly be of less account with Allah (swt) than the beetle which rolls dung with its snout.” [Abu Daud]. Work as brothers to re-establish the Khilafah Rashidah. It is the Khilafah (Caliphate) on the Method of Prophethood that will mobilize all of us for the liberation of Occupied Kashmir and Gaza, forcing our enemies into retreat.
