The United States Supplies India and the Jewish Entity with the Latest Weapons, Whilst Imposing Sanctions on Pakistan’s Ballistic Missile Programme

Whilst supplying the Jewish entity tens of billions of dollars’ worth of weapons to commit a genocide in Gaza, the United States imposes sanctions on the only nuclear power in the Islamic World, Pakistan. On 12 September 2024, the spokesman for the US Department of State, Matthew Miller, issued a press statement with the title, “United States Continues to Impose Sanctions on Suppliers to Pakistan’s Ballistic Missile Program.” The American policy for the Islamic World is a policy of subjugation and humiliation for the Muslims, with support and strengthening of the enemies of the Ummah. As for Pakistan specifically, the United States wants to weaken Pakistan to allow the rise of India, so that the Hindu State can counter the Muslims and China on its behalf. Clearly, under the current leadership of Muslims, the project of alliance with America harms the Muslims and their Deen. So, is it not time to escape the American world order, through a new project, the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly guided Caliphate), under a new leadership, Hizb ut Tahrir?

O People of Power and Protection in Pakistan! Clearly, alliance with America is the wrong project. Clearly, those who ally with America are the wrong leadership. We remind you of the previous American agent in your leadership General Musharraf, who strengthened the project of alliance with America. On 19 September 2001, at 20:30 Pakistan Standard Time, General Musharraf made an address to the people, broadcast over Pakistan Television and Radio Pakistan. In the light of the preparations for America’s invasion of Afghanistan, Musharraf asked Pakistan to ally with America. Musharraf said, “In this situation if we make the wrong decisions it can be very bad for us. Our critical concerns are our sovereignty, second our economy, third our strategic assets (nuclear and missiles), and forth our Kashmir cause. All four will be harmed if we make the wrong decision.” However, alliance with America did not put “Pakistan First.” It put America first, and Islam and the Muslims, last. Agents of the American world order have destroyed our sovereignty and economy. Agents of America have surrendered Kashmir to the Hindu State. Agents of colonialism are now working to deprive the Islamic World of its only nuclear deterrence.

O People of Power and Protection in Pakistan! Did Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Pakistan not warn you of the dangers of alliance with America, well in time? On 22 September 2001, Naveed Butt, the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah Pakistan, warned of weakening the Ummah through alliance with America. He said, “‘Pakistan First’ type slogans have been used to provide assistance to America, in the name of national interest... establish the Khilafah that will unify Afghanistan and other countries so that the Muslims are practically one Ummah… This strong Khilafah will not only defy the enemy kuffar, it will bring them under Islam.” [Press Release Serial Number pk01023pr]. How did the agents of America respond to the warning about alliance with America, in the subsequent years? They arrested the shebaab (Shabab) of Hizb ut Tahrir. They harassed their employees until they released them from employment, they raided their houses and they tortured them with beating and electrocution. As for Naveed Butt, they abducted him and he remains missing since Friday 11 May, 2012. Thus, the agents of America do all they can to prevent the one escape for Muslims from the harm of the American world order, the establishment of the Khilafah Rashidah, under the leadership of Hizb ut Tahrir.

O Armed Forces of Pakistan! It is time for you to abandon the project of alliance with America, and purify your ranks of the agents of America. It has been a quarter of a century since General Musharraf came to power, in October 1999, to strengthen the American control of Pakistan. Since General Musharraf, successive agents in your leadership have strengthened American dominance even further. With each passing year, the situation of Pakistan’s security and economy has worsened. Ask yourselves, how much more of alliance with America can Pakistan survive? Will you not heed the warning of Allah (swt),

[إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمْ اللَّهُ عَنْ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُمْ مِنْ دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَنْ تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمْ الظَّالِمُونَ]

“Allah forbids your alliance with those who fight you because of your Deen, and drive you from your homelands, or aid others to do so: and as for those who turn to them in alliance, they are truly oppressors.” [TMQ Surah Al-Mumtahina 60:9]? Indeed, America fights us and occupies our lands. Indeed, America aids the Jews and Hindus in fighting us and occupying our lands. So, heed the warning of Allah (swt), the All-Knowledgeable, the All-Wise, and undertake the first practical step to sever all forms of alliance with America.

O Armed Forces of Pakistan! Sever ties with the disbelievers and unify the believers under the Khilafah Rashidah. Allah (swt) said,

[الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ الْعِزَّةَ لِلَّهِ جَمِيعًا]

“Those who take disbelievers for allies instead of believers, do they seek power with them? Verily, then to Allah belongs all power.” [TMQ Surah An-Nisa'a 4:139]. The project of Khilafah Rashidah does not seek power from the disbelievers. The Khilafah Rashidah unifies the power of the believers as the world’s most powerful state. Did Allah (swt) not bless the Islamic Ummah with millions of troops, huge reserves of energy and minerals, brilliant sons and daughters, access to deep seas and critical waterways, and vast agricultural lands? Has Allah (swt) not prepared the Ummah for change through the trial of Gaza? The entire Ummah has realized the evil of the American world order. The entire Ummah is talking about the need for Islam and unity. The call for Khilafah is heard from Indonesia to Morocco. Is it not the ideal time for you to take the first practical step to end the suffering of the Ummah at the hands of America?

O People of Power, Protection and Nussrah in Pakistan! It is time for a new project, the Khilafah Rashidah, and a new leadership, Hizb ut Tahrir. Your current leadership only offers you more humiliation at the hands of America. However, the Khilafah Rashidah brought down the tyrannical world order of the Romans and Persians. The Khilafah dominated the other world powers for centuries, establishing a global order based on the just Shariah Law. You now need the leadership that will establish the Khilafah Rashidah, Hizb ut Tahrir. Hizb ut Tahrir has prepared an entire constitution of 191 articles for the Khilafah, accompanied with divine evidences from the Quran and Sunnah. It has prepared a library of books elaborating upon Islam’s political solutions and the method of implementation. It has produced legions of capable, aware and committed men and women throughout the Islamic World, prepared to advise and account the rulers of the Khilafah.  It is led by its single global Amir, the capable statesman and eminent jurist, Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu al-Rashtah. So take the first practical step to tearing down the American world order, earning the Pleasure of Allah (swt).
