The Agent Rulers Have Exposed the Illusion of National Sovereignty and National Interest. What Justification is There to Prevent the Abolition of the Current System?

On 11 February 2025, a press release was issued on the website of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, which exposed what remains of the illusion of national sovereignty. The press release stated that the Chief Justice and other judicial officials met the delegation of the International Monetary Fund and briefed them on the affairs of the Supreme Court. In the briefing, the Chief Justice confirmed that the Supreme Court is finalizing the agenda of the National Judicial Policy Making Committee (NJPMC) meeting in the last week of February. He even invited the delegation of colonialists to also give their suggestions in this regard.

The control of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) over Pakistan’s economic policy is well known to the point that the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister no longer feel the need to hide economic colonialism. They have repeatedly made statements that they will get the colonialists’ approval on matters to provide relief to the people, be it a minor temporary reduction in the price of electricity, or tax relief on the construction sector. Then, after being rejected by the colonialists, the rulers continue in their cheap role. As a new low, for the first time, the agents of colonialism have given the International Monetary Fund a license to intervene in judicial matters. Yet, without any shame, the Defense Minister, Khawaja Asif, defended the violation of national sovereignty, saying, “We only got a chance to breathe because of the IMF. We have no choice. We must accept our constraints.”

So now it has become crystal clear that the International Monetary Fund is the colonialist viceroy, whilst the rulers are agents of colonialism, “nawabs” and “sardars,” just as we suffered in the time of British colonialism. Now, instead of British colonialism, it is American colonialism! Is it not now clear that the Muslim World needs liberation (tahrir) from economic colonialism?

O Armed Forces of Pakistan!

This political and military leadership is playing with national sovereignty and national interest for the sake of colonialist interests. During the program of the International Monetary Fund of the previous government, the IMF approved the appointment of Pakistan’s Finance Minister and State Bank Governor. Today, the situation is no different. It was through the IMF and FATF that the world order ensured the surrender of Kashmir. These rulers have burned you as fuel for the interests of colonialists in wars of Fitnah for 25 years. However, the agents of colonialism prevent you from seeking martyrdom and victory in Kashmir and Gaza. The rulers, agents of colonialism, have put constraints on our missile programs, so that your power cannot be used against the crusaders. This leadership is constantly bowing down to Modi, and is continuously reducing the defense budget with respect to Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The agents reveal the secrets of Muslims to the enemies through joint military exercises. They also compromise on our sanctities. For the sake of GSP Plus status, they never gave a befitting reply to the blasphemy attempts. And they did not mobilize the armed forces to help the Muslims of Gaza.

So don’t you see that this leadership and system chains you to American colonialism? So how long will you continue to cry over these breakable chains? O servants of Allah (swt), mobilize and uproot the agents of American colonialism, who are placing our power at the feet of Trump. Your leaderships are brazenly adamant on American subservience, and your obedience is making you a party to their sin. This Ramadan, weigh your weight in the scales of establishing the Khilafah Rashidah (rightly-guided Caliphate) and make your decision known!

It is ready to apply Islam completely and comprehensively, without gradualism. So, O armed forces of Pakistan! Come forth and grant Nussrah to the Ameer of Hizb ut Tahrir, the eminent aalim, and the renowned politician Sheikh Ata Bin Khalil Abu Al-Rashtah for the establishment of the Khilafah. Give Nussrah for its establishment, so that this cycle of humiliation can be ended. Allah (swt) said,

[وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ]

“Help one another in acts of righteousness and piety, and do not help one another in sin and transgression. Fear Allah. Surely Allah is severe in retribution.” [TMQ Surah Al-Maida 5:2].
